Terrible service. Was in a t-bone accident in Sept 2024. Brought in because they were a preferred shop for State Farm and located close by. Jeremy the service manager never did any suspension work, only body work. Fast forward a whole year and 8 rental cars my 4runner was deemed a total loss. Turns out they felt they did all they could do but let me drive a car with broken rotors, shocks and a bent axle. Took a year for caliber and State Farm to inspect my car. The body work they did do was done poorly, unfinished paint, my tailgate didn’t close all the way and a bent body. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
As of Oct 8th I still have not heard from anyone regarding this matter. I emailed the info they requested and still haven’t heard anything back.

My experience with Caliber in Snohomish was excellent. Steve was great at communicating every step in their process and keeping us updated the whole way through. The work they did was also excellent. I would recommend and return if I need more work in the future.

I was incredibly impressed by the start to finish experience with Caliber. I was able to get an estimate completed within hours of ebing rearended. I got my car into the shop the same day the insurance approved the estimate. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and inforamtive. I was communicated with multiple times on the update and timeline of my car completion date. I picked my car up the day it was estimated at too. I could not recommend Caliber enough!!!
