My heater not working in my f150, heater core is blocked, they blew it out. Didn't really work. I found out it was done, gave me the keys and no charge. If you didn't want to work on it, let me know. I'll take it somewhere else.

My husband took our truck down there because he knows them through his tow company, and we thought we could trust them, we made an appointment to have our heater looked at because the heater in our truck is not working they blew out the heater and said that there's nothing they can do, wth!? they did the same thing with my son-in-law. When they went down they said there's nothing else they can do. They wouldn't tell us what it was they wouldn't try to look for what the problem was and why we don't have a heater in our automobile Working, OK we're done with you and we're moving on. This is the second time in two years that someone I know has taken an automobile there with zero results, what kind of mechanics do they have. That don't want money and can't figure out what's going on with a trucks heater. So angry

This place is THE BEST! I have been taking my vehicle there for 12+ years. I trust this business, which to me says everything. Great work, and they fix it right the first time. I wouldn't go anyplace else.

We take both our cars here and feel really taken care of. Paul has even taken the time to teach me how to do certain things myself! We have taken our cars to other places in the neighborhood that charge a lot more for the same service. So happy to have Accurate Auto in the neighborhood!

I paid almost $900.00 to get my alternator replaced and now the radiator is leaking. Took it back didn't fix it. I couldn't even drive the car home and all the dash lights are on. I have to spend the weekend without a car. We've been going to Paul for over 10 years with no problems. The last 2 years they have really gone down hill. Their office manager is not helpful or nice.

We took our RAV4 there because it was not downshifting properly and tended to lug in top gear. We provided some recent service history that might have been relevant. The receptionist called next day and curtly said it needs a new tranny and a rebuilt unit was $7058 installed. I asked if there were any other possible causes and were they confident of that diagnosis. Yes, that was it, new transmission, end of story. I reported this to my wife who called to let them know we'd come to collect it. (She reported a similar conversation but used the word "snippy".) we picked it up and found her the same in person. Turns out there was no charge, and no paperwork. I doubt there was any diagnostic work done before we were told a new transmission was needed. Pretty sketchy. BTW the local Toyota dealer quoted $6000 for the same job but then fixed it with some minor adjustments.

After walking into Paul's shop about 15 years ago and having a brief conversation with Paul I knew then that I had found a mechanic. Paul is honest, fair in labor costs, and his knowledge continues to amaze me. I have yet to have a bad experience with any car issues at Paul's. Like me, you will be glad that left your vehicle at Paul's.

I would give this place a higher rating if the receptionist wasn’t such a piece of work. Used to recommend my friends to Paul and his business but will not be doing that anymore and likely won’t be returning myself. Spoke with the mechanic though and he was super kind and helpful…. Maybe put him at the front and they’ll get more customers. Thanks Paul for your auto services in the past as I’ve always brought my vehicles but I will more than likely not be returning.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I’ve been coming to Accurate auto for almost 7 years and alway been treated with kindness and respect. Paul is fair and honest, a rare combination in our world. His mechanics are respectful and skilled. Trish, his manager, is very helpful, warm and friendly when we visit. She goes out of her way to make sure our cars and family needs are met. She’s arranged for a ride home when needed and even went out of her way on a really bad day for me recently loaning me her own car so I could take my sick puppy into the vet! Trish goes the extra mile and then some. Cants say enough good things about how blessed our family is with Accurate auto as our mechanics!

I had a burnt out low beam bulb on my 2014 Subaru. Had just had other side replaced 3 weeks ago when it went out, up at Kendall In Marysville. So took my car & purchased lightbulb up to have them replace it. They didn't have bulbs last time I was there so bought one & figured to pay $50-$75 to put it in. Ridiculous fee! They quoted me $145!!!! And I had the new bulb! Decided to go check out Accurate Auto Service in Snohomish where o live & drive past all the time. They put the bulb in for NO charge!!! I will never do business w/Kendall again or buy my next car from them!!!

Been going here for years Paul is a honest and fair but the lady at the front desk has horrible customer service with a touch of a attitude very rude and condescending. Even the people at O’Reillys in town can’t stand her. She might dive me away.
