I recently brought a window sash to Airport Way Service Glass for repair and was very impressed with their service. The staff was friendly, the pricing was fair, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. Needed a passenger side window for my jeep, I was scheduled within two days. The repair was less then 2 hours. The cost was what was quoted and reasonable in my opinion.

Bottom line: Good value, good scheduleBeen waiting way too long to get a new windshield because the Nissan pickup had a 3 foot long windshield crack.On a friends referral, I emailed Kevin on Monday with pictures asking for a quote and lead time. Lucky for me, he scheduled an appointment the same week.I showed up when they opened, to avoid commute traffic, and the job was done around 10am. He replaced my Carlex with FYG (Fuyao), sun shaded windshield (i.e. solartint). No issues with rear-view mirror cabling, nor dash cam cabling.Was able to wait in the lobby until it was done.Thank you Darcy, Kevin.Services: Installation

In my opinion there are signs of good character and a quality of workmanship; look you in the eye, be honest, make sure the customer is satisfied and see you in and out.
