I had terrible service. called three times. waited over a week for a price quote And had to call back and they still didn't have it, they said we'll call you back,I said can you figure out now. As I waited on the phone they finally gave me a quote. Quote they gave me was very overpriced . Not a good experience.

Not good customer service and smelling like so bad customers service please people don’t go this store because smelling bad inside buildings from customers service center would get you sick. Have good day .

Waited weeks for an item that was supposed to be there the "next day". Never even got the item. The trip there and phone calls was a waist of time.

Used to be a customer oriented place before beacon took over all prices have skyrocketed and the little guys roof load gets bumped due to him not having a huge load. They only care about money now NOT the customer.
