The mobile service technician arrived on time. He was very knowledgable, friendly and supportive. All recall related issues where resolved, a detailed check of the systems was performed and recommendations for future considerations where made. It was very convenient having a mobile service take take of my truck related issues. Would highly recommend this service.

Super easy car buying experience. No pressure and very friendly staff. Ordered a truck online and was able to swap it out for another one that was on the lot. Really appreciate Jeff Wing. He was very responsive and helpful during this entire process. 10/10, would come here again!

I originally ordered my F150 through Epic Ford in Everett, but they closed down. So my order was transferred to Bickford in Snohomish. The staff there was very communicative. I received text updates throughout my order and build process.When my truck finally arrived, I was able to switch that order for another truck that was available on the lot. Jeff Wing was super helpful and accommodating with this process. It was very low stress and was an amazingly easy car buying experience. They even arranged to drive my newly purchased truck to my house so I didn't have to drive back twice since I had driven another vehicle there.Will definitely come back if I need to get another vehicle!

We purchased our first new vehicle from Darren at Bickford Ford of Snohomish. Darren made the process seamless and memorable as he helped us throughout the entire process. What we liked most about working with Darren was that he was very respectful, he didn't ask us what we did for a living the moment we first met - unlike EVERY other dealership we visited.Darren guaranteed that he and Bickford would take care of us, and honestly, I was skeptical at first. From the moment we had our first warranty claim until now, Darren really proved to us that it wasn't just about making a sale that day. He has set us up with Eric, Raelynn, Brandon and his Green team, and since then, our experience with a dealership could not be any better. They are all amazing to work with, and they all really strive to make things right.We were the couple that always did our research on the best prices. After purchasing our new 2022 F350 from Bickford, we quickly learned that there is much more to it than the best price. There are relationships to be built, and business to be made. It's also the experience. Bickford will provide the best service to you, even after the sale. When the time comes for a new rig, we know where we're headed to. And just like Darren said, Bickford will take care of you!

Even though I had to wait 5 months for my appointment, on the service day they were able to fix the recall fairly quickly and got my car back same day. Service part was good experience. My car was dropped off the night before appointment and it was really confusing where to park my car. About 5 other people pulling into the dealership when I was there who were equally confused since the dealership blocks access to service lanes with two F150 trucks after hours and there are no signs advising people of an alternate parking location for after hours drop offs. Unless you want to be confused and end up parking your car wherever on the lot hoping for the best, I don’t recommend after hours drop offs at Bickford Ford unless they fix this issue.

Spent 80k on a new F350 at Bickford Ford in Snohomish, started leaking trans fluid at 6,000 miles. Truck sat at the service department for 4 weeks untouched before I went and picked it up to bring to another dealership. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone, this experience definitely made me sour towards Ford products

We had a great experience and we were surrounded by very knowledgeable people. Our salesman Darren was always available and answered every question we had. After purchase, he took time to walk us through all of the features in our new vehicle. Our family was very pleased and will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.

If you are not getting just an oil change, it may take a while to get you scheduled in for service. It took a month to get a transmission filter service and differential service. The service reps are nice and informative. They will try to answer all your questions, no matter how mundane, in a professional manner. It seems like with the sky high price of cars now days, the cost of vehicle maintenance services is not much better…be prepared for some sticker shock if you don’t DIY. Overall, Bickford has always been the place I bring my ford to and I have not had any issues with the work they perform.

No pressure with lots of freedom when testing and deciding on a vehicle. No car salesman tricks or tactics. Felt very welcomed and treated with respect. If you got the time and want to have that home town buying experience, come to Bickford.

I’ve purchased my vehicles exclusively from Bickford Ford since 2008. All purchases, along with all service for my vehicles in the Bickford Service Dept, have been friendly, supportive, and reliable experiences. Darren M has been my sales rep for all 4 vehicle purchases, and has always offered incredible service, fair deals, and customer support focused on long term relationship. My recent purchase of a Maverick was handled swiftly and cordially by Jake. I simply wouldn’t purchase or service a Ford vehicle anywhere but Bickford. They are the BEST.

Me and my wife went in needing a good family vehicle and walked away absolutely satisfied. Daniel Hudson helped us and he was fantastic. He met us at the entrance with a golf cart so my 8 month pregnant wife didn't have to walk around which was very thoughtful. He was very knowledgeable as he walked us through the process and helped us weigh our options. We both felt that he was a very honest guy and always gave us straight answers. If you go to Dan Hudson at Bickford Ford, you are in good hands.

First time getting service at Bickford. Standard 10K service. I was very happy working with Kyle Roberts and his team. Great customer service and super knowledgeable answering my questions as I’m new to Ford.I was also blown away that they had me in and out in less than an hour. That’s unheard for me… my previous vehicle’s dealership/service department almost always required a drop off and at least a day for anything more then just an oil change.

Service was pretty basic. Overall seems all was in order.I was told I could drop my trailer off at any time. That was not really the case. When I arrived there was no one there, the gates all closed except one (shout out to the service/detail guys for letting me use it!) And I had no idea where to leave the trailer.I was told multiple lights were out on the trailer. However upon pickup there was no itemized list of lights or any other written report other than the very short verbal conversation had on the phone before pickup. At pickup they also didn't have any idea about the things that were found so I couldn't even have a discussion about it further to make future plans with them for repairs.For the pretty hefty price of simply going over the trailer, I would have hoped an actual report of findings would be included in the bill of sale.
