When we had concerns about our new Ford Explorer we were able to get a service appointment right away. Brandon and team examined and test drove our vehicle multiple times, and confirmed that our Explorer was performing exactly as it should! Yet another reason we've relied on Bickford Ford for decades!

I had a disappointing experience with the sales team. Dave helped me find the sales rep I had worked with via the phone and the team was friendly and did seek to answer my questions (this is why they received two stars rather than one). However, the salesperson John did not seem interested in selling me a Ford Lightning. They were unclear on what models they had available and what the actual costs were for those models. They offered me a trade in value $7k below other dealers, and below the KBB listed Trade in value, citing minor cosmetic defects as the cause. To me this suggested this dealers sales department was attempting to be dishonest in order to turn a profit. I don't plan to return to this dealership despite their proximity to my home.

Just moved to the area. After waiting half a day for a call back, a very angsty scheduler informed me they were not taking any new clients. My car has a minor recall that needs to be fixed. It can wait to be scheduled out, but she was firm there was no room. Very disappointing.

Bickford’s service department asks pointedly if you need service for maintenance of repair. Why? I believe they do t want to take on repairs. After being hung up on twice, both while waiting on hold for their service scheduler, and after answering that question “maintenance of repair?” I finally got thru and was told upfront they were scheduling in late November. I need a repair done. Who can wait two months? Totally ridiculous. Thank you for taking my call but it amounted to a complete waste of my time.

I flew up to buy their Bronco, paid MSRP as well. solid dealership. Teresa and Jeff were fantastic. Follow up questions were painless. highly recommend this dealership.

This place is disgusting and take advantage of people! A stay away at all costs! I have heard nothing but horror stores from friends and Family. Recently they sold a truck, their shop messed it up and making the buyer pay. Disgusting! From Sales to Service and the sleeze of the ownership not making this right!

Great customer service, no hi pressure sales. Addressed all questions and concerns, fixed a couple minor issues I noticed after a test drive, filled the tank with gas without me asking, provided car fax, went through the truck. I’m definitely going to come back. Mike did great!

I still recommend them for sales, but after buying 3 vehicles from them since 2006 and lots of service, I find that apparently now the Service Department doesn’t know what they are doing, or maybe don’t care about their customers any more. We had the door latch recall in my wife’s Escape, and since we live an hour away I asked the scheduler how long it takes. She told me 2 hours.
