I originally ordered my F150 through Epic Ford in Everett, but they closed down. So my order was transferred to Bickford in Snohomish. The staff there was very communicative. I received text updates throughout my order and build process. When my truck finally arrived, I was able to switch that order for another truck that was available on the lot. Jeff Wing was super helpful and accommodating with this process. It was very low stress and was an amazingly easy car buying experience. They even arranged to drive my newly purchased truck to my house so I didn't have to drive back twice since I had driven another vehicle there. Will definitely come back if I need to get another vehicle!

Spent 80k on a new F350 at Bickford Ford in Snohomish, started leaking trans fluid at 6,000 miles. Truck sat at the service department for 4 weeks untouched before I went and picked it up to bring to another dealership. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone, this experience definitely made me sour towards Ford products

When they had good technicians in there they ended up treating them like crap and abusing them over working them not getting proper help the sales team is an absolute sales pitch all the way they will rip you off whenever they get the chance the one item that they rip off on very easily is insisting that you must pay for your vehicle to get detailed if you were to say trade it in for something else yet that's a scam it's a fake out Ford alone headquarters pays reimburses each dealership a detailing cost and fee to detail the use vehicles that Bickford insist they do not get reimbursed for that you must pay for absolute scam, As well as they are an absolute scam over 7,000 over everyone else in the area but they try to pull the whole thing that we're local people yeah local scam artist good luck!

Terrible customer service. I dropped my car off on Tuesday for it to be looked at Wednesday. I was told a couple of days. I had heard nothing for days. I left a voice mail with two different people. Finally Friday I got a text message that a part was ordered and it should be ready early the next week. Still had not been given an estimate. The following Monday I got a text with an estimate. I asked if the warranty covered anything. They sent a new estimate that had somethings off of it for warranty coverage but things were added and the new estimate was $600 more! I tried calling and talking to someone in the service department, the lady who answered refused to let me through and sent me to voicemail... yet again. She swore she talked to someone and I would get a phone call that afternoon. No phone call came. The next day I got a text saying it was ready to be picked up and I only have to pay the deductible. At one point I got a text that I had a leak but they couldn't find it to fix it and them not doing anything was $450. When I picked it up they said it was fixed and covered by warranty. Super stressful, shitty experience. Do NOT buy a car here, or do any business with them. Very shady people.

BICKFORD FORD WORST SERVICE EVER. I have scheduled an appointment, for which I have waited for about 3 months, to diagnose my van because it was vibrating when driving. At the visit they gave us a paper to sign that it will be $250. In a few days they said that they found a problem, the drive shaft was installed incorrectly, but we had a recall on it a little over a year ago. Also they said to fix the problem I will have to pay for change of the whole drive shaft, which will cost us $1500, but they are not sure if it will fix the problem. So I contacted the dealership where the recall was done, but was told that it's impossible to have it installed incorrectly. It was confusing why the dealerships say different things. So I was disappointed in them, and decided to pick up my van. At the time I came to pick up my van I was told to pay $480, they wanted to charge me for something they didn't even do. Stating that they change a few screws in there during inspection. I told them I was not notified about it and it wasn't in the paper that I signed when I came for this appointment. So, I paid $250 + ($50 shop fees???), and took my vehicle. At another shop it was diagnosed that half of the drive shaft has damage, which wasn't presented to me from the FORD dealership. I changed that part at that shop and my van stopped vibrating. I came again to their manager Brian Millhurt, to explain what happened. He said that he will talk with his service workers and will give me a call back after 2 pm. I still haven't heard from him, and unable to get a hold of him, left him a voicemail and never got a call back. Don't waste your time at this dealership, they just charge money and don't do their work.

Crapy costumer service they do not back up there vehicles once your off the lot your on your own I recommend I very thorough inspection every detail otherwise they won't fix the problem or even discount the repair that should have been completed before they sold it

The salesman "Tucker" that I was in contact with was very disrespectful and basically ignored everything I communicated, played the "I have to talk to my manager" game, refused to let me speak and negotiate with the manager directly and insisted on trying to sell me the vehicle I was interested in above the Kelly Blue Book FAIR price. Both talking to him and the emails the dealership sent made me think I was interacting with robots simply following a script, not actual people who listen or care. They clearly operate using a very disrespectful and predatory business model based on the hopes of taking advantage of uninformed customers so they can sell at unfairly high prices. Overall a very unpleasant experience and a stark, bitter reminder that dealerships are only in it for what's good for them, not for what's fair or good for their customers. Dealerships like these are why people hate dealers and buying a car! After this experience I will never buy a car from here. Horrible customer service which is what car sales is supposed to be all about!

Asked a simple question to sales via email "Does Bickford charge markup over MSRP?" and they will not respond. It is obvious that Bickford is in the business of ripping off our hard earned cash. You can find dealerships that aren't stealerships like Bickford. I wish car manufacturers would put a stop to this. In the meantime, do your part, and never buy over MSRP. They will eventually get hungry.

My sons car broke down in the middle of Highway 9 about a mile from their service location therefore I had it towed in to their service dept. Although they were extremely busy and backlogged through most of July they still were able to work me in and get it done quickly. They were very responsive and kept me updated the whole time. Would highly recommend their service and department. Randy was awesome!

Jake Berg did a wonderful job as a salesman to explain the features of the pickup truck that would fit my needs. He never pressured me or made me feel intimidated when I told him I was going home to have lunch and talk it over with my wife. Eric Berg in finance also did a wonderful job of explaining the different aspects of Gap insurance and the extended maintenance coverage (Jake also gave several options). We asked to change the loan contract and Eric was very accommodating and made the changes needed. Thank you Jake and Eric for a great purchasing experience. We'll be back in the future!

Went into Bickford Ford to look at the electric Mustang, they had one and have marked it up 10k from sticker, I for one didn't think dealerships were allowed to do this but if they can morally it's just wrong, asked them why and said well demand is high and inventory is low, said so you put that on the customer and he kinda laughed and said yes, will never go there again, even with the market and hurt this economy had done to our pocketbooks this is just wrong.

Shannon is a god send! I made an appointment here and she was able to identify the problem with my car VERY quickly and accurately. After the diagnostic she made an appointment and fixed my car in a timely manner that worked with my schedule. Shannon was in communication with me throughout everything. She is very professional and personable. She is very knowledgeable with Ford parts and can identify problems easily. I would highly recommend Shannon and her crew at Bickford Ford.

We needed to sell our 2020 Ranger Lariat that we purchased from Bickford and Mike Maurer and Erik were totally awesome!!! Bickford paid off our loan and we're getting money back. I can't sing high enough praises for Mike and Erik and the entire Bickford staff. We will definitely go to Bickford again for our future Ford needs.

Recently bought the new Bronco from here and had a great experience. Dave helped us and was so quick, informative and just a pleasure to deal with. He came highly recommended from multiple people we know who have also bought cars from here. It was a great experience through and through. We live in Seattle and went all the way to Snohomish, it was beyond worth the drive! Thanks Dave and the team at Bickford.
