Stopped in for help on my ride back to Seattle. Friendly staff were able to immediately throw my bike on the stand and quote me for adjusting my derailleur (I'd dropped my bike on it). They finished earlier than expected (half-hour), everything was shifting perfectly, and I felt it was a great use of $40. Thanks so much!!!!!
