I thought it would be a difficult day, going to a new service provider. I wanted a great place for my BMW service and it was so much better than expected. It is the friendliest, as well as a highly professional shop that I have been to. Excellent place for your service.

I have been using Broadstroke to service my mini for over 8 years the service is always friendly and professional every time i need it serviced.They clearly explain what needs to be fixed and send a report at the end of the visit with an overview of all the systems that have been checked together withrecommendations for the future.They have always had a loaner car available and make me feel welcome each time I go.I would recommend them whenever you need to have your mini serviced— definitely a 5 star experience.

Staff is friendly, but do not ever take your vehicle here unless you want to unnecessarily spend several thousand dollars with little to no results. I brought my MINI Convertible in for a top diagnosis and was almost charged over $900 for diagnostics after being assured several times, it wouldn’t go over $479. Afterwards, lied to me and told me that a convertible top module requires expensive programming, which it does not since i replaced it myself and it works perfectly. And after all of that, wanted to charge me close to $200 just to put my top up manually since apparently $700 was not enough for a task that literally takes 10 minutes. And after all of that, i went home to attempt to put my top up myself after being forced to drive home at night in 30° weather with my top down to find that my hydraulic pumps valve had been over tightened and stripped so i was unable to put it up myself. Do not waste your money. Go somewhere else.

I have owned BMWs my entire adult life and been bringing them to Broad Stroke since about 2015. Their level of knowledge, fair pricing, and honest opinions have kept me a loyal customer. There have been a couple big jobs the last 18 months (on a 24 year old car) like the timing chain guides and a valley pan gasket and their work has been second to none.Even though I moved about 70 miles away, I still bring them my BMWs for service!

Took our 2009 BMW here, when other shops wouldn’t because it’s too old and has too many miles for them, and they did amazing. We were at a loss for what was wrong (car wouldn’t run) & usually we fix all of our car issues, but they found exactly what was wrong and fixed it in less than a week. Customer service was great & I don’t feel like I was scammed. They’re very upfront and honest about what you’re getting charged for which is a fear for a lot of people needing car work, I’m sure. Definitely recommend for those who drive BMWs!

I took my BMW E60 M5 to Broad Stroke for everything from rod bearings, vanos pump, actuators and a lot more. The techs are top notch and extremely knowledgeable. Diagnosing issues was spot on as was their outstanding work. Customer service here is also first rate. Every tech was extremely friendly and helpful. My experience at the front desk was also phenomenal. Anastasiya spent considerable time in ensuring my experience was nothing but stellar from start to finish. I highly recommend this shop... this is the only place my M5 goes for service, period.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Got my hands on a 318ti in pretty rough mechanical shape, these guys fixed a ton of vacuum leaks to get her running like a top again and recommended a bunch of other services that will be giving me headaches.

Went in for oil change, Expensive to go through the requirements of owning a BMW. Multiple care items taken care of. Had a loaner vehicle, due to more than a days worth of work. I live up in Mount Vernon, and easier to get to, distance wise, than dealership in Seattle area.

Tried to run excessive tests that didn't need to be done, the problems were visible and clearly obvious. Talked to family that’s been in the car business for 30+ years and they said that they didn’t understand why they were so confused about my car. Appointment for my car was first thing in the morning and I didn’t get a call until a hour before close. Didn't feel like my service was important. Was disappointed because I heard good things about this shop.

I’ve driven BMW’s all my life and this is the first time the warranty on any of them has expired, so this was the first time I’ve used anyone other than the BWM dealer for servicing. I was very, very pleased with the thoroughness of the Broad Stroke team. They were very so communicative. In addition to regular servicing, they provided me with a list of suggestions, classifying them by priority to help me understand what needed to be done immediately vs what will be needed further down the line. I will definitely continue to utilize them! So glad I found them.
