“I get the wash there today. The service is amazing. I choose the premium package, the cleaning foam and cleaning process is awesome. There is some small water spot and tire waxing is missing (they might have some waxing spot after done the cleaning maybe, but I don't see the sign), that I have to do it on my own.Overall, great service with a reasonable price.”

“This place is a bit newer but it's always playing great music which I can't think of another one that plays music while your washing your car. It's a bit more expensive to start the machines last time I was there it was $3 bucks or $4 bucks I can't remember but again quality wise the stuff is always working on all the bays which it has 4 bays to wash in plus vendable items if you didn't remember to bring something. And the gas station is right in the same parking lot so walk over and grab a drink and keep on keeping on.”

“TRIPLE WOW! I recently bought a new BMW X5, and decided I wanted to have a full, long lasting Ceramic Coating applied to the vehicle along with Paint Protection Film for the entire front of the SAV (BMW for SUV) to include the A pillars, and the windshield header. The ceramic product I wanted to use is made by a company called Gtechniq with a nine year warranty; I had seen their ads in the BMW, Mercedes, and Porsche club magazines. My thoughts were that if they were appealing to that car buying demographic the product must be good. I found four different Gtehniq certified installers within 25 miles of my residence and requested a quote from each. The quotes also included the installation of the afore mentioned PPF.So here's the deal, Jake at FX Pro, hands down gave me the best price. And, we all know, sometimes that may mean the cheapest work product. WITHOUT ANY QUESTION, JAKE AND HIS TEAM DID A JOB THAT WAS BEYOND EXCELLENT! Let me say it again BEYOND EXCELLENT! They covered every area I had anticipated they would, and then protected some pieces I hadn't even considered. The ceramic coating feels like glass when I run my hand across the surface. They removed the wheels and applied the coat on both the face and back of each, plus they applied a coating to the brake calipers. My whole experience working with Jake and Patty (scheduler and office manager) was a FANTASTIC experience.Side note: The truck had only 550 miles on it. When they moved it out of the installation area to the front of the shop to deliver it to me, it popped a "Check Engine Lamp." Jake called me before I got to FX Pro and explained that the lamp had come on and he offered to pay for the fix. WHO DOES THAT! Only a guy that stands behind what he does. “It's an older car wash and I'd be lying if I didn't say it was rundown. Which it is. It's a brush type car wash that uses strips of plastic not fabric to brush the dirt off your car. Most "better" car washes that have staffing use fabric strips that get cleaned - at least they are suppose to get cleaned. Which brings me to my next point at a wash that isn't manned, and the brushes are not cleaned plastic maybe better as it won't be as likely to hang on to dirt. The wash is slow. It felt like it took a lot longer than the tunnel and touchless washes I've be through. If I left it with that this would be a 2 star review, but they are doing a few things very right. One is that they have a carpet shampooing station. Brown bear use to have them but took them out. I'm not aware of any car wash on the east side other than this one that has a shampoo station. I'll be making use of that for sure! And a basic wash is $8 inc. tax. And there is no wax sprayed on at that price which means my windshield wipers aren't messed up by it and since I use a polymer type "wax" there isn't anything done that messes that up. For me this is now my go to car wash.”

“This has become my go to place for getting a fast, low-cost, but still good, car wash.Its price and convenience has allowed me to keep our two cars (sports sedan & minivan) clean every 2-4 weeks.If ownership is listening and interested in customer feedback, I would ask them to add 30-60 more seconds to the dryer time, so we're not always driving away with only partially dry rides. That would certainly move me and the review to 5 stars.”
