“I had Jacob and team work on my 2007 VW GTI recently. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I was so happy with the service and work done. I have been procrastinating having my car worked on because I have tried several shops and basically no one was able to diagnose or fix the issues. There was what I call a bird noise in the engine. I understand it is a belt or pully but no other shop was able to find out where it was coming from. I had tried 3 other shops. The check engine light has been an issue for at least 2 years. The code showed it was a sensor in the radiator but again no one was able to actually fix it. I had several front end suspension "noises" when I turned the steering wheel to the right. Snohomish European Auto was recommended by a friend so I took a chance and made an appointment. The whole experience was great. The estimate call to explain what they found and the cost. Jacob also gave me options on what was most urgent and what could be done later if I decided to wait. I choose to have all the work done since they had the car. They were done exactly when they said they should be done. No surprises in cost and no "added" issues found. It was late when I picked up my car and Steve stayed late so I could pick the car up, he also went over all the work done and explained anything I did not understand. As a side note, I am a woman that knows a decent amount about cars and I have had other shops try and talk to me like I don't know or understand cars and at times I feel have tried to sell me things I did not need.”

I received text updates throughout my order and build process. When my truck finally arrived, I was able to switch that order for another truck that was available on the lot. Jeff Wing was super helpful and accommodating with this process. It was very low stress and was an amazingly easy car buying experience. They even arranged to drive my newly purchased truck to my house so I didn't have to drive back twice since I had driven another vehicle there. Will definitely come back if I need to get another vehicle!”
