“We brought our Dodge Durango here for a brake service- which, when we purchased the vehicle, we didn’t realize it would be required every 35,000 miles. 🤯 Our experience at this shop was great! Communication was clear and to the point, our service date and completion was prompt, and we were able to ask follow up questions that Daley was kind enough to take the time to answer for us. Including how we might extend our time between brake jobs in the future. Looking forward to using this shop again, Thanks Daley!”

“I had a consultation with Zwing HQ and was impressed. They made me feel calm and informed while maintaining full transparency/honesty. I’m not sure how they made so much information sound so simple to someone like me who doesn’t know much about cars. I learned a lot just from the call alone. They identified the potential issues with my car with precision and gave me multiple options to choose from. Infinitely grateful and will forever recommend!”

“We are from British Columbia and the under shield of our minivan came off on the highway. I called mechanics in the area and Austin Auto was the first one to pick up their phone. They told us to come in so they can have a look. Kaylee the office manager was very helpful and even printed out the part I need to order from Toyota when we return to BC. They stopped what they were doing to help our family and got us in and out within 15-20 minutes. They didn’t even charge us anything. Very honest business and kind hearted people. We feel blessed to come across their business. Highly recommend!”

“I came to BC Motors because I needed something very specific for my family, and Ben truly went above and beyond. I’ve always been hesitant when it comes to salesmen, but he completely changed my perspective with both his approach and his company. I highly recommend car shopping here. Although it’s a smaller location, the quality is absolutely worth the price. Ben was honest, straightforward, and never got my hopes up just to let me down. Not to mention, the entire process took only about an hour from start to finish. All in all, BC Motors is absolutely wonderful!”

“Quality Work at a reasonable price. I am beyond thrilled at the awesome paint job on my 2011 BMW 328i. The clear coat was peeling terribly and my car had some minor dings. She looks brand new now! The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. I can’t recommend CARSTAR enough. Give them a try. You won’t be sorry.”

“Our car randomly stopped working and it wouldn’t start at all. We tried everything we could think of (jumping it, even replacing the spark plugs), but nothing worked. We had it towed here after hours, and by 9am the very next morning they had already diagnosed the issue! That alone was impressive. What really stood out though was their honesty and integrity. It turned out to be a simple issue that didn’t require any actual repairs and they didn’t charge us a single dollar. In a situation where it would’ve been easy to upsell or charge a diagnostic fee, they chose to just help us and send us on our way. That kind of service is rare. We’re incredibly grateful and will absolutely be coming back here in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!”

“I originally ordered my F150 through Epic Ford in Everett, but they closed down. So my order was transferred to Bickford in Snohomish. The staff there was very communicative. I received text updates throughout my order and build process. When my truck finally arrived, I was able to switch that order for another truck that was available on the lot. Jeff Wing was super helpful and accommodating with this process. It was very low stress and was an amazingly easy car buying experience. They even arranged to drive my newly purchased truck to my house so I didn't have to drive back twice since I had driven another vehicle there. Will definitely come back if I need to get another vehicle!”
