Chase bank charges $10 to cash a check from their bank!
No wonder banks are failing nickel and diming everything they do.
People were pleasant but bank policies are OUTRAGEOUS.
Never going back to these ripoffs and scammers!±

No one ever answers the phone at this location. It's very frustrating. Poor management maybe?

I've been meaning to change from my current bank which I've been a member of for many years. But with many of their smaller banks closing down, and since mine isn't open on Saturdays and doesn't have an outside ATM, I thought I'd go to Chase. My husband was a member, but he's passed away, and I remember that he was very happy with Chase (and it took a lot for him to put his trust into anything). But he did. And he was always right!! So here I am, opened up a new checking account....and Sandra was the biggest help I could have ever asked for. She took me thru every step I needed, and made sure everything was right on. And it is. And it's not far from home, open part time on Saturdays, and has that good old outside ATM which every bank should have!! Thank you Sandra & Chase!!

Worst customer service ever. You would think in a small town where everyone is friendly the employees of that branch could be pleasant.

RUDE teller with short short hair. She is a real gem! Not only is she rude but argumentative and demeaning as well.

This was the second time I've been to this branch and they refused to provide any help at all. Just like the first time, I drove to a different branch and they walked me through what I needed to accomplish.
