They autofill our regular prescription just fine. BUT, when you need an antibiotic or any other medicine the day the doctor sends it to this pharmacy it can day a day or even up to 4 to 5 days to get your medication filled. I was very sick, needed to start an antibiotic that day but it was another 24 hours before it was filled. It's happened multiple times that have not been able to start a needed medication right away. I will stick with them for our auto refills but if I need a medication the same day I'll have it sent to Haggens as their reviews are good.
On a postive note, I do find everyone working there is very nice & helpful

Difficult to reach by phone! Never have my prescriptions done on time. Never get a notification when they are ready!

the ladies at the pharmacy just stand around and when you ask about your prescriptions, she says it’s gonna take 30mins. but then when you come back she asks you to wait for and even longer time. this pharmacy is so unprofessional. i would never come back to this terrible service of a pharmacy. they need to actually do their job instead of standing around.

I mean feel they're getting up for one star they're rude they didn't completely script and when he did it was you can have till after lunch gladly rude and not know people skills whatsoever and charging me with charging me way high prices. I needed the script for infection to fight it

I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 15 years. They work as fast as they can and try to be friendly. I’ve never had to wait longer than five minutes for a pickup and the staff is ninja with the different insurance companies.

Since the new pharmacist was hired this year, this pharmacy is excellent, again! (Much more like it was 10 years ago)Over time I switched all of my family's prescriptions out, which was really inconvenient, and then a Doc office accidentally sent one here... The experience was pleasantly surprising, shortly after that I switched them all back.They do their job well, and with a positive and professional attitude.Well done!

I have been a ruff customer to deal with because of switching doctors and getting medications prescribed correctly. I know they’re extremely busy all day with talking to doctors, appointments and finding a solution to their customers needs. However, this pharmacy has gone above and beyond in helping me in getting everything sorted out. I am very grateful for their hard work and dedication when it comes to everything they have helped me with since I started seeing them. Thank you!

Honestly the best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Every person I’ve interacted with here is caring, patient and helpful. They always answer all my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. They’re always willing to help. I seriously look forward to seeing them. And if there are long lines, that’s not their fault!! Be kind!!

They didn’t ask what I’m dealing with, suggested me a medicine that doesn’t even fit my condition . Tried to return an hour later, they refuse to take it. What a shame …
