Since the new pharmacist was hired this year, this pharmacy is excellent, again! (Much more like it was 10 years ago)Over time I switched all of my family's prescriptions out, which was really inconvenient, and then a Doc office accidentally sent one here... The experience was pleasantly surprising, shortly after that I switched them all back.They do their job well, and with a positive and professional attitude.Well done!

I have been a ruff customer to deal with because of switching doctors and getting medications prescribed correctly. I know they’re extremely busy all day with talking to doctors, appointments and finding a solution to their customers needs. However, this pharmacy has gone above and beyond in helping me in getting everything sorted out. I am very grateful for their hard work and dedication when it comes to everything they have helped me with since I started seeing them. Thank you!

Honestly the best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Every person I’ve interacted with here is caring, patient and helpful. They always answer all my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. They’re always willing to help. I seriously look forward to seeing them. And if there are long lines, that’s not their fault!! Be kind!!

They didn’t ask what I’m dealing with, suggested me a medicine that doesn’t even fit my condition . Tried to return an hour later, they refuse to take it. What a shame …

The workers in this pharmacy are very nice and do their best to make their customers happy. It is a very busy location and I think they do a stellar job with how much they have to get done in a given day. Thankful for their kindness and hard work.

On several occasions, medical clinics have failed to respond to requests for refills. This of course, leaves me in a terrible position. The pharmacist and the staff here have gone above and beyond in an effort guarantee I have my much-needed medication. My family and I so appreciate the people who have worked so hard to help me.

Great response from the Pharmacist she was caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. I use Fred Meyer Pharmacy frequently everyone is always friendly and they do a great job handling their customers.

Do not trust this pharmacy, the last 4 of my 5 prescriptions were incorrect. Not only in quantity and instruction giving - but also dosage -a massive health risk to both recovery time and progress. This pharmacy has proven to be a massive risk to my health and I'm currently in the process of reporting them to the attorney generals office as well as the proper authorities for pharmaceutical practice, Shame on these people.

Recently my doctor had left his office without sending in a needed prescription. The pharmacist on duty went out of her way to help me. She called the doctor's answering service (as I had), several times and explained the situation to her colleagues when she had to leave. I so appreciated her efforts on my behalf!

If you do an online order with pick-up from Fred Meyer, Snohomish beware of the "pre-authorization HOLD" They will charge the full amount of the groceries and then the hold will stay on your checking account (if you use a debit card) for at least 5 days. This means you cannot use those funds until they release the hold. Between this and the fact that if you go into the store to shop, you will expect to stand in a line and wait to be checked out because they only have two or three check stands open. I am done with Fred Meyer.

Helpful techs and pharmacist but likely understaffed. I’m glad they close for lunch, that’s something that was missing when I worked as a pharmacy tech. I’m not a fan of closing the drive thru early, I think the sign said 3pm? Maybe this will change as volume/staffing improves.

the pharmacy takes days after the order has been placed to fill prescriptions that are ordered days before my previous refill runs out. multiple times i have checked on my orders and requested they be filled at earlier times, and it still takes days and multiple calls only to find out my order hasn't even been started yet. i need these medications filled on time or i will die. i can not be waiting and extra 2 to 4 days after every prescription runs out for them to get filled, especially when i call in advance.
