The lady with long curly dark hair and does not understand haircuts or customer service. I'm trying to describe how my kid wants his hard and she just argues with me. This lady is abysmally obnoxious. I came to the snohomish location because the silver firs location has its own whole set of problems. The lady tried to circle around and be nice, but whatever. Not good experience again. Both of my kids were disappointed with their cuts. The stylists did not understand the assignment.

I scheduled a service through the Great Clips website, arrived at the location with my child, and was then told that they were not going to do any haircuts for me or my child.

Ill start by saying i rarely make reviews. But this one warrants it, wish I could go with less then 1 star.
Paid for a hiar cut and beard trim.
Asked for under cut. Got a fade... told it looks better this way.... after she was finished.
Asked for a clean up for the beard got my mustache nearly removed... I didnt ask for my mustache to be touched i asked for the beard to be cleaned up and shaped. Got a light trim didnt even much still alot of longer loss hairs + No shaping and left the neck line looking like a mess.
This company will never get my business again so enjoy that last $50.
I highly recommend going anywhere else. Avoid this business.

Careful if you go in here wanting something specific. The stylist will ignore you, do whatever she wants and then say “this will look better”.

This was the worst experience I have had been getting my hair cut with great clips for years will never come back I would rather pay more money and have someone who will listen to me and not pretend to not understand because of a language barrier, I’ve never had that happen to me before With this company

I have been a customer for atleast 15 years. They do a great job on haircuts for men. I cant speak to womans haircuts but, I have always been satisfied.

Checked in online and said I was the first on the wait list - sat down and waited and wasn't greeted once. They saw me and acknowledged me I even talked to one of thr hair salon ladies.. and the second someone else walked in they sat him down for a haircut. Once corrected that I was actually first no one even apologized and the lady continued to cut his hair instead and put a cape over him.
Really rude.. so much for driving here 30min out of my way to see you guys

Went there to get a butterfly haircut, the lady cutting my hair didn't do any of it except the bangs, and even then none of it was even. I've never had an issue with this salon, but the lady cutting my hair began making me uncomfortable by talking about witchcraft midway through, I'm not going back, because as of late they haven't done anything well. It's just going to go downhill from here. Thank you but no thank you.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but this place butchered my son's hair. First, they charged for an adult cut (he's 11), then the lady spent less than 5 minutes cutting his hair when it should've taken 15-20 (his hair was pretty long). Where the hair should've been faded, it has super crooked lines that are very obvious, with chunks of long and short hair, AND he has big gaps where you can see hair missing. He is very upset and I am very upset. Poor kid refuses to take his hat off now. It looks terrible ?

No wonder this place has a terrible review I wish I had checked, the A#$%@#$ hairdresser coughed in my face and didn't make any reparations and then tried to short change me when I paid. Never go here!
