I bought an electric riding lawnmower from Home Depot. First, the delivery was a joke. They left it at the bottom of the driveway and told me to drive the rest of the way. Except the battery was dead. I had to buy extension cords to charge it enough to drive it up the driveway. After 6 months, it won't move when pressing on the accelerator. Trying to get it fixed is a real problem. It's still on warranty, so Home Depot is listed as a place where you can drop it off for repairs. However, I get different answers about whether I can drop it off or not. The service center says to bring it in. The tool rental department told me to take it to a small engine repair shop (it's electric, no engine). I've called and they hung up on me. Called again, they told me they would call me back. They didn't. I was told to talk to the tool tech guy, but he is never there. After multiple phone calls and visits, I didn't get an answer. I've decided it's best not to deal with them ever again.

This store is by far my favorite Home Depot location. The people are always helpful and knowledgeable in finding the correct items for my many projects. This past weekend was no exception. As I wondered starring eyed in to the lumber department (this department is definitely not my area of expertise) I was greeted by an employee that not only helped me pick out the correct pieces of wood, he also used their giant saw to cut them to measurements I needed. Thank you for the great service!

I purchased a hi tech heat pump (water heater) three years, from Home Depot. I also purchased the five year warranty/repair insurance. Last Thursday, our hot water went out. Friday morning, we called to set up someone to come take a look and fix it. I was told that because it's Friday, no one can come until the next week and it would be 24 to 48 hours to get someone to come out. Tuesday morning, I called them again. They told me it would be three more days to get someone out to fix it. It's Thursday night, it's been 8 days without hot water, and they still haven't called me back or sent anyone to repair it. Folks, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THEIR "PROTECTION PLAN"! The only plan working here is the plan to take your money for "protection" they don't provide! Never again!!

Worst service ever came here the other day to the appliance department and employees are just sitting there dilly dallying like hello when you have customers it's not the time to sit around and chat worst customer service ever bright side is the cashiers at the front were super friendly and on top of it

I have given this store several chances. The last time we needed 2x2's, and they couldn't be bothered to see if they had any, despite their inventory system saying they had 96 in stock. Today I'm picking up an online order. I was sent from customer service to the pro desk to pick up; the woman there-Dixie- didn't bother to call anyone and told me I'd need to go back to customer service. I told her I had just come from there and wouldn't go back to where I had just been. After finally calling, she said someone from customer service would be there eventually. This employee is rude. One step beyond just not helpful.

Generally this location always has what we need, and the employees are friendly and able to direct us to the appropriate aisle. The website says to call to see if different plants are in stock, so this time I called ahead before driving out there. I called 3 times and never got ahold of anyone in the garden center. The call transfers and then I am just hung up on. So, I will not be going out and giving the store a sale today!

You guys suck and could care less about customer service. I went in ready to give you my money and walked out empty handed because no body wanted to help me. I spoke to a couple different employees and they barely stopped walking as they blew me off and said out of stock. I was looking for an out door misting kit and was told over the phone that it would likely be out of stock but we could build one from the parts in the plumbing / irrigation aisle. I'll just get it on Amazon. Next time I won't even waste my time with you guys. Your level of customer service is just to hit and miss.

Started a new construction kitchen project in December 2020. House, kitchen, EVERYTHING was designed by an architect. Sat down with a person in the cabinet section who didn't like the layout of the kitchen and wanted to change everything to make HER job easier. I am looking to replace flooring in my entire 2300 square foot home. I stood in the flooring dept for at least 10 minutes and not one person came to help us. we tried to ask for help from an employee we saw walking by and they turned around and walked the other way. another customer was in the flooring area and asked if we had saw an employee anywhere as well. there was no call button to call an employee over. It's no big deal though. There are plenty of other places to purchase flooring.

Friendly staff especially Robert! We were making copies of our home keys and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Store is clean and organized. Will be back time and time again!

Went to buy painting supplies. Store was packed. Maybe 1/3 not wearing masks. I asked a manager if they enforce the mask rules. She said that due to staff safety they do not. They offer free masks upon entry. So anyway I left and didn't buy anything. I sympathize for the safety of the employees but I do not feel safe shopping here. I work in customer service as well and have had to confront many people and ask them to please wear a mask. My customers safety is my priority unlike this store. Avoid until the covid crisis is over if you care.

We went to this store 12/11 at about 7 pm. There was a family shopping without masks and they were in a isle where we needed to pick something up. We asked if they would put on masks and they refused We spoke to an employee about it and they said to just stay away from them. We later saw a different employee assisting them standing very close to them obviously not asking they mask up. I was very disappointed with their approach. When people want items from Home Depot and refused to mask they should order online. We will not go there again nor should anyone else who wants to be safe

My friend and I went in looking for a patio heater. Andrea stopped everything she was doing to ask if we were finding everything ok. We told her what we were looking for and she gladly took us to the section with the heaters and explained that they were sold out of specific ones but offered to check other locations after showing us what they did have in stock that might work for us. She came back with a print out of the different heaters available for pick up and for order and explained how the BTUs worked. It was great having her share her knowledge and going out of her way to help us. Best customer service I have received in a long time and will definitely be back!

Horrible. We made an appointment to get an estimate on redoing our kitchen countertops. We had previously gotten some other quotes and saw that Home Depot had better prices by far. Get to the appointment on Sunday morning and Tessa seemed so off put by needing to help us. She was very brash and made us feel like we were flat wasting her time. She became frustrated with us because we did not know which material right off hand we wanted to use. She didn't offer any suggestions, help or anything else. She wanted to get the appointment over and that much was clear. Not that Home Depot as a cooperation gives 2 craps but they lost our sale due to Tessa's behavior. We will be taking our business elsewhere to completer the project.
