I had a question about a product and approached a group of employees who were in the next aisle over. One of the employees said she would call someone to help me, but she didn’t even ask me what my question was. I waited, but no one ever came to assist me. I did see two other employees come into the aisle, but they were busy with something else and never acknowledged me. I ended up leaving without getting the help I needed and honestly felt pretty dismissed.
Please consider improving responsiveness and customer engagement so future shoppers don’t leave with the same experience.

Great place. Good prices. Friendly employees. Prices seem to be down a little so that's good. Needed to get a washer and dryer and the employee in the section was really helpful

We can always find what we need. We always have an issue of finding someone to help us. They will walk right past you when you are obviously looking for something, we always have to stop somewhere. Once we have an employee help us, they are really great and knowledgeable.

Had an employee cut a GM key. I was sold the wrong size key. The key was a 14r3 and should have been a 14r2. The 14r3s plastic top covers too much of the key shaft, and it doesn't go far enough into the ignition.
The keys have different shaped plastic tops, and we mentioned that the keys were different, but were assured it would work.

Once again HD fails. Can’t find tax exempt account. Ok no problem let’s fix that. What you don’t know how to set up a tax exempt sale? No one available who can. Well OK. You can cancel this $3,000 plus order. I’ll go online and buy from another store.

Thank you, Gino! I came in to talk about quotes for replacing our decking. Gino was so nice and welcoming, and he asked all the right questions between the information I had wrote down that I thought was enough and providing pictures. He was able to provide me with a quote for materials and help me get everything I needed ordered Within about 30 minutes. I’m so happy that I was able to work with him and the next time I have a project I will be sure to come to this location in search of Gino to help assist me!

Bias opinion coming!!! I love home depot and freaking hate the competition.... anytime I stop at the competition I immediately regret that the products I want aren't there making me love the depot even more! Also the workers at home depot are great, I forgot my wallet but had my phone and as of today they don't do samsung pay but the worker came up with suggestion of buy online pickup at store and got me out the door with my products despite forgetting my wallet... thanks again home depot worker lady made my day!

I have breathing difficulties and use one of the scooters. Brandon helped me find several items. He also put the items in my van and rode the scooter back inside Home Depot. I am very grateful.
