“I haven't been a fan of Wells Fargo given all the bad news about them in recent years. However, my mortgage was purchased by them so I had no choice. On my two occasions to stop by the Snohomish branch, I had very good customer service from the tellers and the manager. All very friendly and courteous. Only down side was the 10 minute wait in line. I still prefer online banking, but it is nice knowing if I have to go in person that I will have good customer service from my local branch.”

He then spent almost half an hour answering my questions, explaining different ways to build credit, guiding me through online services, and making phone calls for me. The customer service was incredible.”
