Asked for fresh food New Year's Eve got old fries and a burger with unmelted cheese. The manager at the window (Dania) laughed at us when we asked if it could be made fresh. Even the lettuce was the part you throw away.Called the area Supervisor Victor Lopez and he said it's always fresh because we call food left under the heater for 40 minutes fresh food. I asked him if I want it fresh will it be made fresh he said yea fresh is under the warmer for 40 minutes. Food was terrible and Victor was rude.

Fries tasted soggy. Sourdough jack was okay.Cell phones are more important than customers.Won't be coming back.

So the first time we went the service was great guy was really friendly and helpful. This second time customer service was lacking they were not friendly or even cordial, we paid for sauce that was left out and when we said we got sauce she eye rolled, checked the screen and finally grabbed it.

The new ribeye sandwich was awful. It was nothing like the commercial..not even close. The very thin patty had no taste and most of the sandwich was lettuce. Also, the curly fries were cold. Don't waste your money.

The food was cooked fresh and was great. Fast food has become expensive though. Food for 3 people was $40..

If your drive-thru employees don't ask if I want sauce when I'm giving my order, I would appreciate it that they weren't snotty when I ask for it at the window and tell me that I have to pay for it.Thank you.After months of having your speaker broke and this was the first time I came through the drive-thru. And I was treated rudely by your employee.I won't be back.Passive aggressive immature behavior from a fast food worker isn't something I have to tolerate.I will take my business elsewhere.P.s. that link doesn't work. That's appropriate considering the experience I had.How about you just follow up with your employee instead of making me follow some link. Coach your employees to be polite and respectful and ask if we want sauces if you're going to require us to pay them. And then make sure your employees aren't passive aggressive about it at the window. Thank you.

Jack In The Box usually offers up pretty good food (as fast food goes), but this location just doesn't seem to have their s*** together. As an example, we went through drive through here once and ordered shakes, and somehow they managed to serve us *warm* milkshakes. Uh...impressive?The other thing that really, *really* bothers me about this location is that it doesn't appear to be maintained very well. Their drive-through speaker system has been broken for months and months, and there doesn't appear to be any effort being made to get it fixed. If the people who own this place can't even be bothered to fix something as basic as their drive through ordering system, what else are they skimping on? I'll give them another chance if they ever decide to clean and fix the place, but until then I'm steering clear. There're plenty of other drive-thrus in Snohomish if I need a quick lunch. With working drive-thru speakers!

Very disappointed. After failing to buy a milkshake at the other fast food stop next door. I tried JIB. Also no shakes, the order console was broken, the line was full so there was no backing up and the window was taking the orders and having the cars wait for them to slowly fill the order. I've been told the employees don't want to clean the machines so they refuse to make shakes.

The Airport road location again giving us the wrong food for what we ordered so we had to go around the drive-thru again and got the correct food. they did correct it without any extra fees and they let us keep the food that they made in error, but still and extra 5 to 7 minutes in drive thru that we shouldn't have to.Their really good but they got to listen better and repeat the order before giving out food and the order is correct so we can make sure that we don't have to go thru the line again.

No dine-in open for two years now. Not everyone wants to stand in a risky drive through or spend an extra twenty bucks on overcharging delivery websites. Used to be my favorite place to go too.

Had to go in the line 2 times. And they still didn't do one of the sandwiches correctly. Seems like when we go thru there something always goes wrong. That's fast food for you.
