I had an excellent experience. I brought my 25 year old car in to have them look at the brakes and the mechanic let me know that I had plenty of life left in the brakes on my car. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. It saved me more than $1,000. It is nice to know that you still have mechanics out there that you can trust

Been here so many times and the crew is personable and kind. They keep you engaged and in the loop. I even had a guy come to my house to tighten my battery. They are awesome :)

I stopped in because my AC wasn’t working, with this heat wave and having my grandson riding with me it is a safety concern. I was greeted immediately after hearing my complaint about the AC the tech explained all the steps and time expected to fix it. I was updated frequently on the status and the results of the checks to ensure the system was working and there was no leaks. All staff were very professional and kind. I am pleased to have AC working again. I recommend Jiffy Lube in Snohomish as they provide professional, up front, trustworthy services.

good spot I always trying to get in there when I know I won’t get my oil change myself. Not a bunch of know it all but just some guys that can really really get your questions answered and help you out.

I came into jiffy lube concerned about my transmission. Jaden didn't hesitate for one moment. He said hang out for a minute. We'll be more than happy to take a look. They have a mechanic on site so he went down and double-checked as well. Fluids all look good and they were able to reassure me that I should feel safe inside my rig. Thank you Jaden, James and the jiffy lube team for making me feel safe in my new 2012 Toyota Tacoma.
