Hurray!! Love these guys walked in on Saturday to add my husband to my account. It’s freezing outside effecting everything and the two ladies here 01/13/2024 were amazing! Incredibly nice, knowledgeable and down right fun to talk with as we navigated through our banking process. Thank you ladies for your professionalism and team work you are the perfect team and I will be doing all my banking on Saturday just to see them again!!

Too much to describe under such near postal conditions after already attempting to take advantage of the whole review option considering while in this state of mind I made it all twice as bad by operator error via erasing my nearly finalized post that I would have atleast been temporarily satisfied with due to being able to vent such situation in hopes that atleast it could be taken as a prevention mode to which to not put others through the same very poor routine that they call security measures.However being plagued with continual life experiences that are enough to make the average person start questioning whether there even is a higher power,I am gonna self medicate by choice of the two evils and chalk it up as such while waiting for the opportunity at a third attempt in simply getting my card activated.

Christine and Johanne were both VERY helpful and accommodating. Johanne made sure I was welcomed the second I walked through the door and was warm and welcoming throughout my visit. Christine came to help out and made sure everything got done properly and was also very kind and made sure I left happy

I walked in. Lady sitting in the first desk on the right when you walked in greeted me. I asked her if she had 100 crisp one dollar bills. Something my wife wanted for our son's graduation from Snohomish High School. She asked me if I banked with them. I said no. She said, they don't have any. Sooooo, if I did bank with you, would you have any? What a joke. I will never do business with them in the future. Funny thing is, I am getting a new truck and was going to talk to them about their rates for a auto loan. NOT ANYMORE! This is a small town. You better figure it out with your 2.3 stars. ????

Apparently this bank is able to notarize but because there are only 2 employees and no customers, they do not have time to notarize. Really weird.

This bank really stuck it to me. I can't believe how some people get off on being mean. I had my tax return sent here. The whole week it was coming I kept calling em and trying to get some self assurance cuz the account wasn't one I had used for a while. But I (up until this kill shot) trusted this bank especially the manager. I have had my life hacked and torn apart by contract stalking. I was exited to give a lot to my son. Key bank told me no worries the account be sit for 90days before it closes. Called em check did everything. Well the frickin day the money comes in they close the account. They then told me it closes at 60 days. Well that day was day 67. I know they had the money I know they could have helped but they didn't they lied and planned and manipulated me so they could screw me over so they could make me feel stressed and panicked and rip the tiny sliver of relief. I have no idea where the money even went they won't give me any paperwork and they lie, lie , lie , lie, if I called the bank 7 times I'd get 7 lies. Can't buy shit with lies can't pay the rent with lies but at KeyBank that's what you will get if they think they can do it. Last time I was in there the manager was yelling at me soon as I walked through the door like I was a dog I can believe how disgusting messed up people can be. Key Bank is likely gonna make me homeless . My sons gonna go with out, all because KeyBank likes to play games with people life that they discriminate against. I have been robbed and humiliated in front of customers. The manager was actually talking down to me about leaving a bad review on neighborhood. Well when ya screw someone's life over and get paid to do the opposite a bad review is what ya get. THIS BANK IS HORRIBLE

This branch is nasty; I can't believe this place hasn't been remodeled or cleaned. The bankers have tiny computers it looks ridiculously stupid.

On multiple occasions, I have had the worst bank service here: tellers that do not smile or, are rude, and would rather take their time in conversation and let a line pile up than complete a transaction and politely move to the next client. Customer service does not seem to be a main priority. Do no go through this drive through or walk in unless you have time to wait.

Went to this location to cash checks from an account holder at this location, not only did I wait 20mins but on a Friday there was only 1 employee working and there were 2 others waiting behind me along with cars waiting at the drive thru window, once I was helped I was notifed they charge $7.50 per check to cash if you are not an account holder at their bank-even though the check written is from a account holder from their location..I get this is a corporate thing but almost all other banks will cash a non policy holder check if the check is written from their policy holder..
