The Bickford Kohl's has a great staff and the store is tidy. Everyone I ran into was friendly and helpful. The Sephora gals are knowledgeable of products and are great at color-matching.

Wow! Haven't seen in a Kohl's in years. Big changes and not for the better. The employees are far and few. As we wonder through the store we only spoke to the two only employees we was. One young man stared blankly when we asked it they still carried watches. When we went to check out no one was at the registers finely a lady came to check us out. She seemed out that we were bothering her. Not to worry we won't be back to Kohl's again.

As an old man, don't usually go shopping. But found this store to have a fantastic, complete and well layed out men's section. Great selection. Help was a bit sparse but staff were friendly and helpful. Restroom sparkled.

Nice store with nice clothes, but it appears Kohls cashiers need your social security number to check out and complete a purchase. I hadn’t realized this was Kohl’s policy. I decided to look at buying clothes from other stores that don’t require your social security number in order to make a purchase. I was told that Kohls would keep my social security number safe, but I had doubts and wasn’t comfortable sharing it in order to make a purchase.
