I visited KT Nail Spa around three weeks ago (or more?) for the first time, and look forward to returning soon (hopefully tomorrow) for more five star service! I walked in without an appt and only a little while before their closing time, to find a full shop of happy people chatting and laughing. I was welcomed in and no one mentioned my timing, even though it meant staying late to finish my nails. Katie did not make me feel rushed and did an excellent job, pleasantly talking to me, and other regular customers who she knew by name, displaying to me that her clients are happy to return over and over for the wonderful treatment they receive there. I felt so pleased with everything About my experience, and I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for quality work as well as competitive prices. I already consider myself a loyal customer after the time I spent at KT Nail Spa. I wanted to add a picture of my nails after nearly A MONTH of me working, in the yard, washing dishes, scrubbing floors and other abuse that I unfortunately give them in my daily life. Unfortunately my phone camera is not working, but I think they have stood the test of time for sure!! Definitely got my money's worth!

I love KT and have been many, many times over the years. She is always accommodating and friendly! However, I am giving lower stars as the last several times I have been in, I have waited when I have an appointment. She over books...girlfriends and me have sometimes waited for half hour in the chair, with an appointment before someone can help us! Went in today, yet again with appointment, all chairs full and she said, 5 minutes, at 5 minutes she said 5 more minutes and at 15 minutes she said soon, well we left. Again, I LOVE this place have never had a bad experience, EXCEPT when having an appointment and not being able to get in and done...so sadly I will be going elsewhere from now on...

I absolutely love coming here! I live in Eastern Washington and this is the place I go to for getting my nails done. My husband and I come here for pedicures. Katie and her team are so wonderful and attentive. Not only do they do an incredible job with the services they provide, they also make sure to take great care of their clients. Everyone is so pleasant. I highly recommend this business! ?

I came in for a pedicure and, though it looks very nice, I left with what was to be an ingrown toe nail. The girl was very nice but not the most gentle. She went a little deep at times which hurt. I should have said something but I didn't. Anyway, this morning my left big toe started throbbing and started to turn red and was warm. My nurse friend said it was an ingrown toe nail caused by the pedicure. This is the first time this has ever happened to me & it's very unpleasant. Needless to say, I'll be looking elsewhere for my next pedicure.

Me and my wife recently visited the Nail Salon and Spa, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind and talkative, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my entire visit. Special mention to KT, Kammy — I say incredible woman. Not only were they friendly, but they were also highly professional, ensuring that every detail of my wife nail care was attended to with precision. The cleanliness of the location was impeccable, which added to the overall sense of relaxation and well-being. We left the salon with a smile on my face, feeling pampered and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in need of some self-care and relaxation!

KT nails is amazing! I always get pedicures, and my feet feel so great after!! The heels of my feet are usually very rough and when I leave they are soo soft and smooth.

KT Nail Spa is the best nail salon I have ever visited. It's not posh, but every visit is like coming home. KT knows your voice when you call for an appointment, and if you've not been able to make it in for awhile she always says, "I was about to call 911 on you," which to me means she pays attention and knows who everyone is. The only service I routinely get is a pedicure, and Hong, the technician I request is simply amazing. Forty minutes or an hour in her chair is heaven. I love that this is a woman-owned business, unlike so many nail salons I've been to. I've never had acrylics, but I've seen some gorgeous nails leave the salon in the five or six years I've been coming here. I have never had a mediocre, much less a bad experience.

I came in for a self care night after a long week and they took the time to answer my questions and spent so much time on my nails! They were so kind to me! They also gave me a little Christmas gift I’ve never left a nail salon so happy and filled with joy ?
