The pharmacist was fine to work with when discussing the compounded medicine for our vet to use in our dog's ear. However, we were only given one cannula for four vials. The vet tech told us we should have gotten four to avoid contaminants getting back in our dog's ear. We called back and asked to pick up three more. They were rude on the phone but agreed to give us only one and told us to tell our vet to clean it with soap and water and that the vet already knows this. When we arrived there, they were rude again in person. Not exactly the caliber of customer service I was expecting based on the reviews.

Was thrilled to try the Sublingual Semaglutide and skip the needles. My doctor advised against it, said there were no real studies proving it worked well, that I was throwing money away and that the injectables were the way to go. I also saw a previous review here stating that they had wasted, I believe $1,000, on this medication and it did nothing. I called the pharmacy and they assured me that there are always nonresponders, like the previous guys review, but it's rare. I took it for over a month, went from .25 to 1 and nothing. Not a pound, just a bloated and uncomfortable stomach. I went above and beyond the recommendations of 90 seconds under the tongue and no drinking for 30 minutes after. I ate small portions and walked 20,000 steps a day. So that wasn't the issue. I believe this medication doesn't work and you won't get any results. I have used Kuslers in the past and love this pharmacy, I just think they should be honest, they are stealing peoples money. And before you say, oh you're one on the nonresponders....not a chance. I'm the girl who can only take 1/2 a Benedryl or I'll be out for 2 days. Everything works on me and usually more intense than others. I also found a community of people on FB for Sublingual Semaglutide and the stories are all like this. No results! I have since switched to the injectables and what do you know, 2 pounds off in a week. Don't waste your hard earned money!

Is a great pharmacy but stole money with a non working medication. GLP-1 oral Semaglutide oral Does NOT work! They say it does but after almost $1000, no results. Still super hungry and have side effects after 3 months.
Derrick from the pharmacy confirmed I was doing everything correctly and would benefit from spending even more money at their pharmacy, shocker.
Total scam! Go to an online clinic to get the shots that will actually work. This oral does not work at all!
Kusler’s is scamming people and should be criminally investigated for fraud!

I’ve had my compound meds filled here for about 6 months now, no issues until this last week, there was a mix up in my dose and one of the employees was so rude, tall blonde with a pony tail, cut into my conversation and acted like I was the problem, my doctor had made a mistake, you would think it was an easy fix, but she proceeded to tell me it was mine and my doctors problem. So.. switching pharmacies ! There’s enough rudeness in this life without my healthcare professionals in the mix. Had to edit to respond to your reply. Your employee had no interest in helping to fix the problem, I fixed it myself. There was no need for her to be rude, mistakes happen and she shouldn’t have been rude, it wasn’t my fault or your fault, but it still needed to be fixed , I was embarrassed by her and taken back by her attitude. A customer should never be treated like that.

I just called to refill a prescription. The woman who answered at the front desk was very rude, cut me off, had a condescending tone when I had clarifying questions, and overall left me very unsatisfied with my experience. The Pharmacists are great, but whoever is answering phones needs an etiquette check.

I’m a healthcare professional and called returning a pharmacist voicemail asking for clarity on a patient’s prescription. A woman who I believe is named Michelle answered the phone and while I was mid-sentence explaining the nature of my call, cut me off with a “Just one moment” to place me on hold. The pharmacists are all so lovely but she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Hopefully she treats patients better than medical staff!

I go here for my cat's medication that needs to be compounded. Everyone here is very friendly and competent. This pharmacy is so much better than the other compounding pharmacy in the area. I highly recommend using them for any compounding services that you need.

They are so nice and helpful here! I love that they have the nasal flu vaccine because I don't like needles but still want the flu vaccine. The parking is mostly in the back and there is always a few empty spaces. It's easy to get into and out of. It's also pretty easy to find and it's on a main street. If you enter from the back, just keep going straight and you'll be in the pharmacy. Don't go up the stairs! The inside is nice, clean and bright. It's a little small but there are usually only a few other people in there so it isn't really a problem.
