Great service by Tyler when I had a flat tire. Truck came quickly and service afterward at the office by Lisa was friendly and fast. A great place to do business!

Showed up 15 minutes before closing, hoping they’d be willing to put my spare on for me, and that I could pick up a tire with a bad valve stem that needed replacement at a later date. Despite nothing on my vehicle being purchased from them, they insisted on getting it fixed on the spot this evening. I think I was in and out in under 45 minutes despite showing up with no appointment right at closing time with a lobby full of people already waiting ahead of me. The friendly staff were super helpful and I appreciated their sense of urgency even though I was content with them keeping my tire and doing the repair when the time was more convenient. Thanks!

I was able to get a same-day appointment to diagnose why my rear driver tire was going flat. They took my car back on-time, determined that I'd picked up a screw, patched the tire, and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. Excellent service!

went for tires and an employee named Carl was extremely rude and tried to sell me brakes which I knew I didnt need. Carl should not be working there.

Earlier this week, I had a great experience at Les Schwab when a new employee, David, helped rotate the tires on my truck. He was extremely respectful, consistently referring to me as “sir,” and took the time to explain everything clearly. When he encountered something, he wasn’t sure about, billing for tire monitor reprogramming, I was impressed by how thoughtfully and respectfully he asked his manager for guidance. It was great to see such professionalism and eagerness to learn.
Then, on Friday, I brought in my Tesla for a tire rotation and was helped by Andrew. He was equally impressive. Andrew walked me through the condition of my current tires in great detail and helped me choose a new set, as they were nearing the end of their life. He was incredibly thoughtful throughout the process and even pointed me toward a rebate that Hankook was offering at the time.
I’m genuinely impressed with the level of service at this location. Two different employees, both going above and beyond in the same week, wow!

Was in a bind to have new breaks installed before a long road trip. Yes, I should have had my breaks and tires checked much earlier before the planned trip. However, Les Schwab were able to get the job done within 24 hours of when I planned to leave. Very grateful for the great courteous crew that got the job done!

We were in WA visiting and about to head out for groceries when we discovered a flat… our tire had a screw in it. Our son suggested Les Schwab and we headed there expecting to purchase two new tires. We were beyond happy when they said “no just a repair”.
We went got our shopping done waited a bit and not only had the repaired the tire they put it back on the car and put the “donut” away in its place. All with a smile and a level of service we don’t often see anymore
Maybe they should move to Canada for us!!! Thanks for a great experience we appreciate wonderful service.

So this was my 1st time at this Les Schwab location, I know most are good but not sure about this one. Had them do pre-trip inspection, pretty much everything checkout fine outside of a few things. Was given an estimate for said issues however those issues were really not explained well at all. Took the estimate to my regular mechanic in Woodinville & while they are quoting a bit more for the same issues I might go with them. Overall I'm not sure I'd trust this location with doing more extensive work on my vehicle.

My truck is a 2018 3500 in perfect condition ( also under a extended bumber to bumper warranty) and I was told very rudely that my truck front end was shot and they needed to replace everything ie tierod ends and balljoint etc, etc I am a master mechanic and asked them to show me where there was problems and they refused and drove my truck out of the shop and told me to take it.

i have gone to Les Schwab for years and at different locations.
the personnel at Snohomish were the best--went out of their way to get me the best service and products for my car. I had 3 appts to complete current service and all appts were done on time and with care for my car. This location is always concerned about their customers and provide a clean comfortable waiting area. I was super pleased with both customer service and the work on my car/

Been a Les Schwab customer for over 30 years and they have yet to let me down. Visited this shop for the first time to get tires rotated. They didn't charge me for the rotation even though I didn't purchase the tires there, they just ask that I return (which I will because they're amazing). The only things I miss are Mr. Schwab and the free beef!
