everybody at this store is super friendly and helpful except for the manager, every time i have interacted with her she talks in a very condescending manner. my trip there today during checkout i tried to use tap to pay and she stared at me while it wasnt working and then just said “it works for everyone else.” before i got out my card. she then asked if i wanted a receipt which i replied yes to. she then said “well its linked to your account so you wont need it for that”. every interaction ive had with her has been like this. and i remain polite every time. she absolutely should not be the manager.

Consistently gets the parts that I ordered mixed up over the course of the years I have gone here. Many of the gaskets I order online either do not fit or are very low quality that don't come complete.

Im a girl and dont know much about cars selection and prices as i would expect them to be the only thing is i bought wiper blades wasnt offered help to find the right one had to ask . I cant use their little co.puter thing. And never offered to assist to put them on as i would expect.

Very helpful and friendly employee. I was able to get my turn signal bulbs quickly but I bought the last one. Hopefully they have a quick turnaround on restocking their items.
