Would give 0 stars if I could. Returned brakes + rotors we bought yesterday gave me $200(they said) in 5s and 1s ( put larger $20 + $10 bills back into the register) after it was actually $194 after we counted it. Manager counted it 12 times and tried giving us coin change. 2 $100 bills were given. Will never go here again. Picture of manager walking to his blue 350z.

My Honda Odyssey had a battery and alternator go bad on our trip from Whidbey Island to Spokane. I stopped at this O’Reilly and they were amazing. Not only did they test my battery twice, sell me a new battery, loan me tools to install it, and then test my alternator, but they also loaned me more tools and helped me figure out how to install the alternator over the course of 5 hours while I was working in their parking lot. I cannot say enough about how helpful this crew of O’Reilly workers is!
