“I highly recommend the Rodda paint store on Evergreen in Everett. I needed two color matched gallons for my bathrooms and a flat for my closet and ceiling. The gentleman that helped us listened to our needs and helped us select the best paint product, and then did his magic on matching the paint sample I gave him. He was very friendly, which was an added bonus!”

“The young man who helped me was very friendly and offered up some suggestions but when they didn’t match what our painter told me to get he was very tactful and diplomatic, he didn’t try to throw the painter under the bus or anything. In the end when I double checked with our painter he had recommended the wrong paint by mistake and he had meant to tell me one that your employee had initially recommended.
In addition to his great customer service the paint that he matched from of a piece of trim I brought in matched exactly and looks great.
As a side note: I had popped into the downtown Everett sherwin-Williams store earlier to ask a question and the man behind the counter there was very rude and not helpful. That’s why I decided to go to the everett mall location when I needed to get the paint.”
“I was having a very hard time finding the "just right" accent color. I could not find it. After buying 4 quarts of paint, it was an enamel so no samples, Michael, the manager helped me. I found the perfect color! He is very knowledgeable and I received excellent customer service. Each person, every time I went in were very helpful. I was greeted everytime and asked if I needed help. The next time I have my house painted I will return to this Sherwin Willams store. I highly recommend it.”

“I usually order paint online. I've had kind-of mixed experiences... one time, they were out of the paint I ordered and said it would take like a month or two to get it. I think it was COVID supply chain stuff, but it would have been nice to have the availability on the website (or notify me sooner - it took them several days to reach out and tell me). But... whatever. The other few times I've purchased paint online and picked it up has been super easy - buy paint online, get a discount, go in and pick it up... BLAM. Easy-peezy. I just can't complain about that. So, 5-stars-for-you.”
