“I am so happy and thankful for Elmer and Jesse at this Sherwin-Williams location in Snohomish.
I came in after a really difficult experience at another store, and these two gentlemen turned everything around. We have an older home, and as with any older home, new projects and touchups keep coming up ☺ this time I needed exterior paint for both touchups and some replacement items. Even though they were both helping other customers when I walked in, they made eye contact, smiled, and welcomed me right away.
They were so knowledgeable and helpful in getting my color matches just right. I ordered my paint in the morning and had it in hand just a few hours later 🙌 and here I am 24 hours after that, already getting a window replacement done and tackling other projects.
