I have done business for years 2017. Every order I had to follow up on. My recent order for business cards. Contacted them 5 times over several months. Opening a new location, had to open with no business cards. I have dealt with other print shops and got the same service poor but this was the worst.
Business owner in Lake Stevens since 1996. Sad to see this kind of service

This PostNet is one of the worst. It was a mistake to send my package via this office. I sent two package through this office Tuesday, one via FedEx and one via USPS Priority mail. I was promised that the FedEx should arrive by Friday and the Priority mail should arrive by Thursday. I didn't not receive a tracking number until Thursday so I call them and the girl who answer phone said the package just picked up Wednesday and the tracking is not available yet, she then give me a tracking number for the priority mail. It turns out, she is lying. They never send my package until I call. I track the number and it says the label just create and the package will be delivered Monday, four days after the day that I was promised. The FedEx package will now arrive Sunday instead of Friday as promised. This is not acceptable. I would not recommend this PostNet to anybody and I would avoid it at all cost.

OMG, have you met Marcos!!! He is amazing 𤩠I drive all the way from Lake Stevens to come out here to POSTNET because of the amazing service that I receive! Marcos is always here working hard with a smile on his face. He is such a gentleman and just an exceptional worker. He answers all of my questions even when heās busy he works the room flawlessly. Marcos is a superstar 𤩠and I will be a returning customer again and again to come see him.

We have had a virtual mailbox here for several years now, and until last year had a good experience. The girls who worked there knew us by sight and were always super helpful and quick with everything. Those employees are no longer there, and now the store doesnāt open at posted times, which has been very inconvenient since Iām usually in the area right after posted opening, but Iāve been at last five times now around 8:45 am and theyāre always closed up. Some important mail has also gone missing, and while I canāt assume itās PostNetās fault, itās only happened in the last several months, and more than once. They did say they had āstaffing issuesā and an issue with USPS not delivering daily, both of which are making for a much more negative user experience. The owner is very nice, but there have been no resolutions to issues Iāve brought to his attention; they continue to forget to mark my mail as not picked up (when it is) and charge storage fees, etc. I wish I could still recommend them, but at this point Iād look elsewhere for a virtual mailbox location.

Paid And Had Package To Be Shipped Overnight, On Friday It's Been 4 Days Now And It Still Hasn't Been Shipped Out , Won't Drive To This Location Again To Do Business

I used PostNet for the "convenience" but it cost me money and time and now my package is late. PostNet sent my package as a letter so it came back to me 11 days after I mailed it indicating insufficient postage. When I took it back to PostNet, they told me I needed to pay to have it tracked. I took it to the Post Office and they helped me get the correct postage on it.

I did not realize how good I had using this UPS store location I till I had to go to a different location since moving out of Snohomish. They were always friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with any of my packages.

I have come here twice to drop off a fedex package and eveytime they are close. Their store hours on their door and website say M-F 8:30am and I come at 9-9:30am and there is still no one there. There is also not a sign saying currently close or anything. So it's very unfortunate since I drove from far away to do this drop off. Will never do business here as it's unreliable.
