A BIG ZERO FOR THIS COMPANY! My wife has had two billing situations (1 Quest Billing situation that took 3 years to solve due to poor billing practices at Quest and another situation not solved that is over 1 year "stale"). BEWARE - I am going to leave it at that.

Needed to get some test result done. Checkin was quick and easy. Technician was quick, professional and easy to work with.
I used to use Evergreen health for lab work but it is always such a nightmare getting an appointment and then waiting on results. Quest is faster, better and more convenient!

Super easy experience for blood draw. Easy in and out of office, quiet and clean. Even though I'm not the easiest patient (vasovagal) it went about as good as a draw could go for me. The phlebotomist (name starts with an A) was super sweet and positive and made me feel at ease even though the draw made me sick. I would come back to this specific office every time in the future.

The fastest and easiest blood draw we've ever had.
My wife and I scheduled appointments for a $79/person 'CBC+CMP+Lipid+UA+TSH' test at 4:00pm and 4:10pm respectively. They gave a $10 discount since it was for 2 people. Also, I paid out-of-pocket and not through insurance.
We showed up 25 minutes before our appointments and there were no other people in there besides the phlebotomist. We scanned the check-in QR codes from the email we got from Quest and were called up a couple minutes later, despite arriving extra early. Ayanna was the phlebotomist on duty and she was great! She found a vein instantly by feel and drew 3 vials of blood without an issue, as opposed to the Providence ER where the older, experienced phlebotomists stabbed each arm several times before they could get it right. The entire process took less than 5 minutes from the moment our names were called. The most surprising part was that we received text messages from Quest at 2:00 AM saying our preliminary results were ready. That's only 10 hours after the blood draw! The final results were ready 2 hours after that.
The whole experience was significantly better than the several nearby LabCorp locations we went to. We'll definitely go to the Snohomish Bickford Quest Diagnostics location again next year.

Ayanna did a great job with the blood draw and was very personable and efficient. Scheduling was easy and I was in and out in less than five minutes. So glad my doctor recommended them! Plan to use them in the future. Thank you Ayanna and Qwest for such a great experience!

I had a 5 minute wait because I was early & my appointment began early. I noticed the the phlebotomist that drew my blood was relatively new based in her posted information sheet. I would not have known it. She was very personable, professional & proficient at her job! I would like to suggest you do not have the audio running on your services ad up on the TV. Having to listen to that over in over creates an unpleasant environment that was otherwise great.
