Amazon is great but i like having access to my Rx people in person mostly. lift this branch up people!! bring them some business

Rite Aid Drive Through at Mill Creek near Safeway and Staples Store is excellent.
Ease of order, efficiency and kindness after my dental work required an antibiotic.

This pharmacy needs to get their stuff together!!! I have been waiting since Tuesday for my rescue inhaler. Now they say it's on back order because of the weekend and I have to wait until Monday!!!!???? Or I can go find somewhere else to get it!??! What a joke. There is no reason for this..do your job!!!!! 🤬 I've been waiting for this prescription for a week now. Every time I call I get put right on hold. They don't even give you an option or ask you what you need. They just toss you on hold. It's really rude.

Prescription for a baby was sent to the pharmacy in the morning. When I came to pick it up at 1:20pm I was told to come back after their lunch break (1:30pm to 2:00pm).
1- You would think that they would have had enough time in the morning to prep the prescription so I just have to grab it and leave. But no.
2- You would think that with four people on site they could have taken turns for lunch at a not busy time of the day. But no.

Gentleman with long hair who works in the pharmacy has an attitude just to give everyone a heads up. Tried asking him if he could transfer a prescription with a 2 min phone call to the hospital but made me and wife do it even though the hospital told us the PHARMACY was supposed to call them. So my wife wasn't able to get her medication which we really needed due to someone not wanting to do their job.

Always friendly staff, greeted and welcomed. Same for the pharmacy staff, always kind, patient, helpful, hardworking, and knowledgeable. Only pharmacy that I have good experiences at.

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever had to deal with by far. They are now one month late on filling my prescription and they always closing too early! Even though their hours are posted otherwise. Extremely frustrating when I'm looking at the employee through the service window and he ignores me even though they're supposed to be open.... unfortunately I am forced to keep using them because they are so close to my house. hopefully they will step up their training and create a better customer experience. The level of service it is currently unacceptable. If their management can repair this I will absolutely change this review to reflect that.
