Bought a full LH front suspension wishbone for my etype of them from Ebay. After receiving, they sent the incorrect parts - the LH wishbone with RH side components instead. I contacted them, and they offered a partial refund that was never paid because it was over 30 days. They then offered a discount on any other parts if purchased, but didn't reply. Waste of time.

Caleb did an amazing job on my GT6 battery box replacement you can not tell that it was replaced. My car was completed very quickly with high quality.

Waste of time. List parts for sale that they do not have or “cannot find” in inventory. eBay reviews show this is not an uncommon occurrence. Help up an important part of my restoration with absolutely no communication. As a company that claims to restore vehicles, you’d think they’d understand the importance and value of timeliness, communication and transparency when selling parts for restorations.

I tried to schedule an appointment for some minor work on my 1960 MGA and gone blown off. I spoke with one of the owners who told me their scheduler would call me and he never did.

We had our backs to the wall when the passenger window in our 1963 MGB fell out of the track. This is not an easy fix. But the folks at RW Auto Classics came through for us! Our MGB felt right at home with all the Jaguars in the shop! In addition, they fixed a fuel gauge issue that no other shop seemed to be able to fix. Very pleased with everything and that we have a resource for British Car Repairs. RW Auto Classics is now our shop for life!Services: Electrical repair

RW Auto Classics:I have had the fortunate good luck and pleasure of stumbling into finding an amazing gem of a vintage car restoration RW Auto Classics and owner Jesse Rumen. I have an MGBGT that I have been searching for a couple of years for someone to support me in my restoration efforts of my GT, Jesse and his team are amazing and so passionate about their work.I have found it to be exceedingly difficult to find people who will one work on old British cars let alone who are competent and have capacity to support enthusiast in their effort to restore and repair their classic cars My searches over the last three years, have resulted in being placed on waiting list for 2-3 years, which may or may not happen depending on if the shops continue to be in business or the owner is still physically able to do the work..When I first met Jesse and his partner, Matt, I was so impressed by their enthusiasm, willingness to set up realistic goals of restoration with benchmarks, estimates of cost at each phase or the restoration work. It was so apparent in our interaction that they really care about their customers and their cars. Jesse offered an opportunity to tour their shop and so I could see firsthand the amazing high-quality work they produce prior to starting the assessment of my car. I have consistently found Jesse to be so enthusiastic about the car culture, creating a family atmosphere with his team and customer base as well as consistently producing superior high-quality outcome for their customers.Jesse is contagious in his passion for the cars and culture, he is such a straight shooter and understands heritage and the importance of preserving these amazing vehicles. I have had the opportunity to see several cars in process and completed and these cars are so well beyond the quality of their original condition. The painting quality they produce is bar none and is the best I have ever seen, which is amazing coming from a body man’s son. The vintage car community is truly blessed to have such a passion craftsman who are committed to doing such outstanding work that is timely and cost appropriate for the quality work they are producing. As amazing as RW Auto Classics restoration work is, their commitment to the vintage car community is even greater. What Jesse and his partners are planning for their location is truly visionary, from a club house for clubs to meet, families and car enthusiasts to gather, a track to drive vintage cars, and hosting multiple events for the vintage car community. RW Auto Classics is truly beyond anything that can be found in our state of Washington nor the Western United States.I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend RW Auto Classics for any support you need for your classic car. I can guarantee you will be well cared for and supported on your classic car journey. An added bonus is you will be introduced to an amazing group of people in our ever-growing vintage car community through the team at RW Auto Classics. Thank you, Jesse, for your vision and passion.Paul VineCustomer and fan

This is a refreshing company to do business with. They are very responsive and concerned for your satisfaction and what you are doing with your British car. Highly recommend working with this group for your parts needs or a classic car you are looking for. In over 50 years of buying and selling British items it's really great to find a committed company like RW Classics. HankService: Transmission

I have a Fiat Spider that needed a new starter but getting the old one off is kind of a difficult job. I brought it in to RW Classics and they replaced it for me with no trouble. They have a lot of spare parts on hand and were able to find an original Fiat starter which they tested and lubed before installing. They also replaced some bolts that were missing on the transmission that I was not aware of. Overall it's a great shop with knowledgeable guys working there and I doubt you could find a better place locally to work on an old European car.Services: Auto engine diagnostic
