I had my car towed to this shop after someone tried stealing it, damage to the steering case, and a broken window.Dan the service writer was very helpful, friendly. Jesse, the mechanic did incredible work fixing everything, vacuumed all the broken glass out. I got my car back fixed, clean and a great price! Highly recommend this shop and Jesse.

They fixed my Buick right away each time...weird things that went wrong with older car...one very hard prob solved by sharp eyes and experience....they even got my money back from another shop that put in bad part. Totally recommend them....mdk 10/23

Took my car in for diagnosis I was sure it was the fuel pump, get told the fuel pump is ok but I need a new transmission 6-8 grand. Leave there suddenly my check engine light is on and it jolts from park to drive (didn't do that before) took it to Toyota and it's the fuel pump...and now I also need a transmission.

Called to make an appointment for an oil change and was able to get in when I hoped to. Got a reminder the day before. They were ready for me and I walked around First street while they did the work. All ready to go in 45 minutes. Easy peasy and nice folks.Service: Oil change

$370 to replace spark plugs and $207 just for the parts? When you look up the part number of the spark plugs they bought, they're about $17-$30 depending where you buy. My car is only 4 cylinder.They suggest services through a website and never call you to discuss the issue you actually brought the car in for, just give a handful of fixes for one issue. It seems like they just guessed. Yes, I should have called them to discuss issues they actually found. But this obviously shows where their ethics are. Is their job not to solve the one issue you brought your car in for? Rather than sending you a list of a dozen services and having you try to figure out which ones are probably the cause. My problem was never fixed, my car actually runs worse on top of the original problem. I understand I dont understand this industry but I'll just say this: if you're a young woman who doesn't know much about cars dont come here, they'll take advantage of you
