There never seems to be anyone available to answer the phones in office. The people at the front desk are incredibly helpful and kind but it’s impossible to get someone on the phone. I’ve called 3 days in a row at multiple different times and it rings until it disconnects me. Absolutely unacceptable especially when the office is 30 minutes away.

Steven is hands down the most polite, friendly, and professional USPS employee I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. He should get employee of the year! Thank you Steven for your can-do attitude and sunny disposition. Quite a stark difference from many other USPS locations I’ve been to.

The Snohomish Post Office is a hidden gem in the heart of this charming town! Every time I stop by, I’m greeted with genuine kindness and efficient service. The staff here—especially at the front counter—go out of their way to help with everything from tricky package issues to last-minute mailing needs. The historic building adds to the small-town charm, and there’s usually plenty of parking, which is a huge plus. It’s clear they care about their community, and it shows in how they treat their customers. Big thanks to the whole team—you make mailing errands surprisingly enjoyable! 📬📦

Bad people, bad drivers, it takes 8 hours to deliver and i am only 2 miles away
They need to close this location, or just fire everyone off. The worst service ever

Holy shit,This place is terrible. They don’t update the information online in a timely manner. I drove an hour to get here, only to be told that they don’t accept walk-ins. I had checked online before coming! The staff have time to chat but not to handle my request.

I’m not sure of the name of the white gentleman with the slight accent, but he’s great. I hope he never leaves this location.
This location gets my packages scanned in and shipped out quicker than any other location in the area. (Bellevue is the worst.)

If you want to find out what post office should be like, THIS IS THE PLACE!. Short to no lines most of the time, easy parking, exceptional service and excellent staff. They thank us for dropping off a package with a smile.

Brush off the negative reviews—they mostly focus on delivery, not the in-person experience. This post office stands out as one of the best around, with friendly staff who stay patient no matter what, unlike some other Snohomish County locations.
Be nice to the employees and keep it relaxed—they’re working hard, just like us. You’ll leave happy you came!
