“this place is so awesome. I went in knowing nothing and both male and female staff I've encountered were super knowledgeable and helpful. they helped me get everything I need and made sure I understood how to use it as well. I love my cinnamon toast cereal juice. also their prices are cheap. the chargers they have for the 18650 batteries are only 20$. the cheapest on amazon I could find were 14+ shipping, waiting etc. nah I'd rather pay 20 and be done with it. other stores charged 30. i went in, in my pajamas looking pretty scrubby and even tho Everett is riddled with transients and I probably looked like one, they still treated me with respect. thanks sky, I'll be back tmrw for those salt coils.”

The guy working provided me with some of the best and most professional customer service I have received in a very long time. He even had me try the vape before I left so I wouldn't have any issues. “I loved this place. Then I was sold a Hamilton battery and New Standard cart which are not compatible.Even though both items were on the same receipt, I was unable to return the unusable battery.I was, instead, offered a 40% discount on a new battery. Not quite the same thing.I’ll be back because the tenders are nice. But after effectively paying $27 for a $16 battery, I just like the place.I would advise ownership to confirm which of their brands are incompatible and make that information known to customers PRIOR to selling them together.”

“It’s a pretty good store. The owners or managers need a customer service course though. I asked a guy for help, he pointed me in the direction of the other guy working. He was helping a customer so I stood back to not interrupt. After they left I figured he would have came over to me because he saw me standing and waiting or maybe the other guy would tell him I’m waiting for him. After he didn’t come back I start looking to see if I could see him and grab his attention, that’s when I noticed he had spent the last 5-7 minutes looking at me from a distance like he was waiting for me to shoplift. It wasn’t the best feeling. But it’s not the end of the world either. That’s why I removed a star.”
“First, I want to address the one review that said they didn’t get their one dollar off as even the website said something to that effect I don’t remember. All of the smoke shops in Monroe do not take any coupons for money off let alone smoke shops even the red barn gas station they don’t take it. The smoke shop that I have used for quite a while. Let alone go go they don’t take it either so it’s just a bunch of BS all the way around I don’t know why none of them take it so I don’t even care about it anymore. Just wanted to point out that everybody does not take those coupon coupons.
Other than that, yes all of the employees are cool. I’ve only met the owner once but this is where I prefer to go when I am on that side of town. I do highly recommend these folks people products, professionalism quick to respond helpful even ordering items that they don’t have but we’ll get for you if you’re just nice enough when you ask so hey folks, please do use this smoke shop for your needs and I approve this message!”
