I would just like to say that every employee in the store has gone above and beyond to help me work out an Issue. My faith has been restored with Verizon, I was ready to jump ship, and George specifically restored that faith.
I think if I had any critiques, it would be when calling to speak to somebody in our Own country, That’s where my frustration lies, also where I was ready to leave Verizon, because I was unable to get the help through the people that did not understand what I was trying to explain.

I purchased a phone from Snohomish Verizon Victra The sales person Jorge lied to our faces as he offered a business account with free Internet service and a free router as long as we open up a business account. Our first month we got charged for the router and got charged for the service. They were unwilling to take the equipment back. They are awful to work with always go to a real Verizon store this store is a scam Spend more time than you need to to get a phone and they will lie and do anything they can to get any extra service that you do not need and you didn’t ask for this is now been going on for over five months. We’re still getting bills for the router that we never asked for even though it was mailed back and proof of receiving it this is an ongoing nightmare, never buy from Verizon Victra even when you went to the Verizon store, they said what nightmare is working with these outlet stores go to a real Verizon store. Don’t waste your time. You’ll be there for hours on end trying to get help and they will try and sell you everything that you will never need and even tell you it’s for free and you won’t have to pay for it, but you will. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 25 years and this is what I get going to a knock off Verizon store.

We got lucky when we walked in and got Trevmon as our salesman. Trev kindly spent hours with us, educating us and then skillfully transferring everything into our new phone. We got signed up for cellular service and then spontaneously added wifi only because of Trev's professionalism, knowledge, and patience.

My weather app said I needed to update it, so I did and my phone totally changed everything was different.There was horrible and this shame man was able to put it back the way it was. It was a miracle. All my apps were moved around in different places. It was just totally different and very difficult to find what I needed.

I wanted to share what a wonderful customer experience we had at the Snohomish Verizon store today. The customer service representative (Martin? He greeted us cordially but I have forgotten) couldn’t have been nicer. I needed to make some updates to my Dad’s account due to his recent onset of dementia. He made us feel comfortable right away informing us that he would take care of everything. He handled all our inquiries and resolved everything seamlessly even offering his own seat to my Dad so he could be comfortable. Please ensure he is recognized for the excellent customer service today going above and beyond to assist my Dad and I today.
