Very poor service. Requested to be elevated,for waxing was refused. Asked to have eye brows waxed also fuzz on the side of my face. The technician actually waxed my cheeks. My face is very red, with small blisters. I will need a follow up appointment when I return to my home in Houston, Texas.

Disappointed, a $55 pedicure. First of all, why do they always focus on massaging calves and shins and not the feet? This seems to be everywhere and this pedicure included some kind of mud mask and even that she only put on my legs not my feet . I get home and I’m looking at the polish closer And it does not look good. It looks like I already have grow out and the big toes looks smudged and chipped already, I think the polish was kind of old.

They always remember me and ask how my family is, etc. Service can be hit or miss depending on who does my nails. Pricing is a bit confusing and I don't get charged the same amount for the same service each visit.

My nail tech put the yucky stuff from under my toe nails on the top of my foot and then put the sugar scrub on top of that and massaged it in??!!!! It was beyond disgusting...

We visited this nail salon tonight, I had a pedicure along with my two young daughters, who are six and eight years old. As we walked out, my eight year-old smudged her big toenail that had been so beautifully done with nail polish and a flower design. With no questions asked, they redid her toe and were so kind and friendly to all of us. Thank you we will definitely come back!

Terrible service. The girl who did my nail did a terrible job. First she applied some liquid product very strong on my nails to remove the gel polish and it was burning my skin, second she cut my nails so bad, one side is long and the other side is short, third the nail polish was old and looked terrible. $71 for manicure and pedicure for regular nail polish! I am never going back there, first and last time!

Very nice and quick but the gel nails all chipped less than a week after without me doing anything. Overpriced for the service. Overall, disappointing:(

Gel is already lifting and I left like 5 minutes ago. I don’t have time to go back as I have a Christmas party and didn’t notice til I got home that my nail polish was already lifting and hadn’t even cured all the way as the nail polish was seeping out of underneath?? Like how.

I have been visiting this salon exclusively for several years now. The staff are friendly, they play appropriately relaxing music and the salon is clean. Calling for same day appointments is usually accommodated within reason. The salon is even open on Sundays! This is an added benefit for busy individuals who don't always have a concrete schedule.
Acrylic, shellac polish and designs or multiple polish colors with a deluxe pedicure(hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and regular massage) costs about $150.

these ladies do such a great job and are so welcoming and sweet. first salon i’ve been to where they don’t rush your nails when they get busy. i like the music they play here too!

My daughter and i absolutely love this place. The staff is so nice and talented, the prices are fantastic for the quality. We've gotten acrylics, matte polish, artwork, cat's eye (yes the one with the magnet!) And each set feels natural, no tightness at all. ❤ Definitely making VVs Nails my go to spot any time i need my nails done

Save yourself money and don't go here. I've given this business 3 chances, because I thought it was a fluke experience. It seems to be an ongoing issue with techs being incredibly rude, unprofessional and not trained properly. My final straw ... Typically, my acrylic nails are soaked in a solution to soften, prior to having them removed easily ... this nail tech decided to choose violence when she woke up and tried to remove it without soaking the nail first and lifted up my nail bed. It was SO painful. And if that wasn't enough pain, she immediately put that same finger into some sort of liquid solution and my finger was throbbing. I spent no more than a few minutes with her and told her that I can't continue with my service. She proceeded to tell me that I owe her money for the time spent with her even if I didn't have the service done. That's a hard no for me.
