I give 5 star to banker Ana and the Wells Fargo North Seattle district manager Carr. I didn't have an appointment, but she is kind enough to squeeze me in. She is thoughtful and covers everything. Being a customer of a few banks in America, she is top 2. There was a little issue during the process, but Carr quickly solved it.

Will not stand up for their costumers. Should’ve know an establishment owned by JP Morgan would turn out to be one that was only out to profit and suppress their costumers. See ya Wells Fargo, hello Columbia Bank!

Doesn't care about community at all!! My Mom just needed her $100s broken down into $50s and they wouldn't do it because she doesn't have an account. That's crap! Money is money, exchanging shouldn't require an account. Don't bother taking your business to this bank!

Would be great if they would have told me last week when I was there, that they would be closed this week for repairs. Could have planned for it... i do both our business and my personal banking here, normally coming in several times per week. Not one word of this was mentioned beforehand.Love how Google also, says it's open, and you have to either drive up to the drive-thru window or walk up to the front door to find out it's closed... with no date of re-opening listed!

Although I know this is all Wells Fargo's.... I HATE THE DRIVE THRU BEING CLOSED. SO INCONVENIENT And No I DO NOT WANT TO COME IN AND HAVE A BETTER BANKING EXPERIENCE!!

Went in to get cash from my checking and there was only one checker working. Then another person went to help by making people go to the atm. I told her how my card only let's me use the atm 3 times in a month and yet she told me to do it which I did and then had to wait behind 6 people which I then left because I had to get back to my job. Kyle was fantastic doing two people's jobs while the other lady didnt do anything but upset people.

We've been banking with Wells Fargo in Snohomish for many years. So long some of our regular tellers have retired. With ATM we don't go in often but when we do we are given friendly 5star service.

First thing when you walk in all employees look busy, no hellos and not letting you know well be right with you. Then when you get your turn they put on their fake smiles and don't even bother apologizing. The worst Wells Fargo branch I've ever been to those employees should be all fired.

I haven't been a fan of Wells Fargo given all the bad news about them in recent years. However, my mortgage was purchased by them so I had no choice. On my two occasions to stop by the Snohomish branch, I had very good customer service from the tellers and the manager. All very friendly and courteous. Only down side was the 10 minute wait in line. I still prefer online banking, but it is nice knowing if I have to go in person that I will have good customer service from my local branch.

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for a long time, I had a really bad experience with one of their employees (rubi), my account was overdraft and I tried to deposit almost 1200 dollars and she processed and some how my account was still delinquent, I try to talk to her in order to fix my account and she was very rude and helpless, finally I talk to a different worker and he was available to help me I do recommend Wells Fargo but if is rubi who is gonna help you wait for the next person to help you
