“went in tonight to grab some presents for friends. it’s very cute inside and packed full of stuff so i’m sure there’s something for everyone. i’m not usually a review leaving type but y’all. the customer service. i didn’t catch her name but the woman on the register had me feeling like a long lost family member with the care she took in packaging and wrapping my gifts. like the customized colorful tissue paper? the leaf detailing to tie the bags together? you don’t see care like that very often and she went insanely above and beyond. my receipt says “holland j.” as the name on check out, she had a very cute dangly nose ring. i’m trying to get as specific as possible so this woman gets her credit because we as a society don’t deserve her. if you’re shopping for gifts this is the place to do it now i look like a detail oriented individual when it couldn’t be further from the truth. much love to that woman what a legend!!”
“I was looking for shoes and there, I found them and there's some other states if you looking for someone else and some restaurants, but at this Kohls was only one cashier for the whole entire store and one manager. No way ask any questions about what you are looking for until you get to the cashier.”
