No outside ATM at this location. The drive through ATM was removed from the drive through area despite the “ATM” sign still being there on the last drive through lane. The ATM at this location appears to only be accessible during business hours, which is pretty silly and extremely inconvenient.

Terrible customer service. I went in to open an account because I had an issue online, and the lady just kept trying to tell me to take out my phone so she could set me up to do it on my phone. I told her I didn’t want to do it online because it wouldn’t work I’d already applied and it didn’t allow me to. She then told me I’d have to make an appointment for tomorrow even though there was nobody in the bank, it was 1pm, and there were four employees just standing around, and to make an appointment I WAS REQUIRED TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT ONLINE AND SET IT UP THROUGH THE APP. Absolutely ridiculous and annoying. I didn’t drive all the way there to just use the app.GO TO UMPQUA IN NORTH BEND! Eric is who opened my account even though I walked in at 4:50PM, he was so cool about it and quickly got me set up with exactly what I needed. Trust me you want to go there if you want to be treated like a human.

Absolutely horrible experience. We will be closing all our accounts with Chase because of today. Completely rude and no sense of customer service at all! Closing our 16+ year old accounts soon with Chase!

We got our Chase accounts registered, and the lady who guided us through the process was knowledgeable, entertaining, and patient! It didn’t take as long as I thought and I’m enthusiastic to use their app Zelle to share payments with friends!

The place is usually empty and the staff are very helpful. This is a satellite-type branch, so it is unreasonable to expect them to be able to do everything they can do at the 1201 Third Ave branch in Seattle. Be smart; call ahead.

Business banker works by appointment only, meaning simple tasks cannot be accomplished the same day even if nobody is in the bank.

I have been a long time Chase customer (19 years). I went in to the Snoqualmie branch at 5pm today (they close at 6pm) to open a joint bank account with my girlfriend. She is underwhelmed by Chase, having opened an account with Chase last month and having deposited a large amount of money which they froze for an abnormally long time and declined car payments and such. Anyway, there were no customers in the bank. There were at least 3 employees in the bank. We asked if we could open a joint bank account and were told they couldn't do it today and to come back on another day. They weren't especially friendly about it and didn't seem to care that we were inconvenienced by it. We mentioned that we'd go to the North Bend branch and open the account there, but they told us they wouldn't be able to do it either. I've never walked into a bank and been told that I couldn't open an account. Unfortunately, we're stuck with Chase, but when we find another chance to open an account, it'll definitely be at another branch. Upon walking out, my girlfriend said, "I'm really not impressed with Chase." I'm beginning to agree with her. They basically just refused our business.

Went from US bank to chase. Had a bit of a misunderstanding early but Norma was awesome and took care of it. They are super nice and have a great kids play area. Sooo happy with Chase

I had the hardest time with the people working at chase bank on Snoqualmie ridge. You will not be able to do any business with them timely. I'm talking about simple business like closing or opening an account. You cannot just walk in and get assistance. And when I asked to speak to a manager a worker there by the name of Melissa (who was extremely uninviting and unfriendly) let me talk to someone by the name of Renee who identified herself as the bank manager initially and when I asked her again what her title was after I noticed that she has no skills with problem solving she stated she is a “lead tellerâ€!! My advice is do not go to this branch. It's not worth your time. Definitely not recommend.
