Sometimes, the best experiences come unplanned. My girlfriend and I decided to do a walk-in at Diamond Nails, and to our surprise, they fit us in right away—no hassle, no long wait. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by some of the friendliest ladies. The place was spotless, which is always a great first impression. You can tell they take pride in their space and the service they provide. The experience itself? Fantastic. The staff was professional yet warm, making us feel comfortable the entire time. Whether you’re looking for, nails, etc. I’d highly recommend checking them out. If you’re in the area and need a last-minute appointment, don’t hesitate—just walk in! You might be as lucky as we were.

Mi and Tui are amazing, so is the owner. Welcoming and expert skills. Great place to get nails done. Highly recommend it.

Between the unsanitary conditions witnessed and a very uncomfortable manicure- we will not be back. My nails are not even or shaped properly, the nail polish wasn't cleaned up from my skin, she had to remove the polish a few times trying to get it on evenly, old polish? I don't know. She was also very aggressive with the nail file and nipped my cuticles twice and my 6 year old as well. The nails on my left hand were left longer than the right. I didn't mention anything as I just wanted to get out of there. When I sat down for the pedicure the water was a bit too hot to stick my feet in so I asked if they could adjust the temperature, they turned the scalding hot to ice cold. The lady who did my actual pedicure did a nice job but I couldn't get past the ick factor with my manicure and the unprofessional. I don't complain often, it was a treat to go out for a girls day and we were both left disappointed. Hopefully an off day, but I get the feeling this place needs an overhaul in training and deep cleaning.
Cleanliness: Just EW! Why on earth would you use the tool you plan to use on me to unwedge food stuck under your nails ? so gross. There are nail clippings all over. A pile of nail dust in front of the door to the waxing room. Everyone seemed irritated that my daughter and I walked in, we made appointments a few days agead. They brushed off nail clipping on the table to my chair. Nothing was wiped down between clients.

I really like the ladies that work here. They do a great job. I enjoy the atmosphere and love taking my daughter with me for a manicure and a pedicure.

Scheduling an appointment same-day was super easy, heard good things about this place and wanted to try! I got a pedicure and full set done by Jackie. She was such a friendly person, and it wasn’t that over-achiever customer service, it was genuine. She did a fantastic job on both my pedicure and manicure. Really took her time in making sure I was relaxed and walked out with what I asked for. I also asked for an eyebrow wax, and although this lady was very quiet she took her time as well, and I have never been THIS satisfied with my eyebrows being waxed by somebody else, as well as this nail salon overall! I’ve been to many places before so that’s saying a lot. Will definitely become a regular here, it’s worth every penny.Services: Manicure

Found this place accidentally. Such friendly staff and EXCELLENT quality manicure. They don't drill cuticles, but carefully cut - which is my preference. I think it was Trang who did mine, I am coming back. We watched the news about Ukraine on TV and chatted with another lady. When she learned I was Ukrainian and how war was impacting life - she offered to pay for my manicure as a way to support me. Amazing people around us. #begrateful

I made an appointment for a color change so I could do it quickly as I didn't have much time. I waited for 20 minutes while there were still two pedicures that hadn't started yet. I finally asked how much longer and was told just 10 more minutes. I couldn't wait. What is the point of an appointment.
