This location used to be slow and poorly operated. Now I can get through the whole thing so fast that I'll even "take the baby" to get oil changed. Not enough time to start fussing!

Service was quick and friendly! I liked that no one tried to sell me on filter replacements or other services that were not needed. Some places give me a scammy feeling and I did not get that here.

We had the oil changed at another Jiffy Lube store earlier in the day on 2/29/2024. We left to go on out trip to Wenatchee, WA to see family. Long story short, my wife was driving and we were Eastbound on I-90 and got about the Hwy18 exit when there was a loud banging sound followed by a constant banging and a sound like a window wide open and air rushing in. Needless to say this freaked out my wife!!!!!! We pulled off the freeway at the next exit as my wife was to worried about pulling over on the shoulder as there are just too many people getting killed that way. Meanwhile, I call the Jiffy Lube store we had gone to a told them what happened. Nothing like "oh gosh, I'm sorry" or anything!!!!! She just told me to find the nearest Jiffy Lube and have them fix it and if there's a cost, that store can bill them directly! Didn't even offer any assistance in finding the nearest store but more like, "it's your problem, deal with it!". We finally found the Jiffy Lube in Snoqualmie, thank you google maps!!!!! We pull in and a gentleman comes out. I show him my receipt from earlier that day and explain to him what happened. Turns out he was Chris, teh Mgr. of that store!!!! We couldn't have been more blessed to have him. He was so kind, pleasent and very thorough and he made my wife calm right down as she was the driver! She actually felt like they were old friends from way back and she felt so welcomed, validated and assured. If we lived closer, this sotre would definetely be our favorite go to place!!!!!! Thank you to Chris and his whole staff that was working there that day!!!!! You made one woman's day and mine was a lot easier too!!!!! I hope you treated your staff to that "cup of coffee"!!!!!

They over filled my oil in my Audi by a whole quart at least. When I brought it back and asks the guy to take some of the oil out he told me to hold on. He then went and drained some of the oil and came back and said hey the oil is not over filled. I was like let me show you the dipstick. He pulled it out and tried to put his finger over the overage area. I was like why are you putting your finger over it? It looks like you took out a lot but not enough to put it at the top or in between the 2 lines. Now I don’t trust them and especially wonder why anyone would give them any good reviews. I amNot going there anymore b aide I got a Tesla and sold my Audi since it as probably ruined by them. I am glad I checked behind them. The mechanic I took it to to get the oil levels right said they spilled oil all over inside the engine area and it is on par with how he has seen with other cars who hav gone to that location. What a mess.

Chris the manager is absolutely excellent. Unfortunately Ethan is leaving soon to run his own store in Factoria. The other staff were excellent too! Unfortunately we were dealing with significant subaru engine problems, and though they weren’t able to help, Ethan helped us determine that the fuel injectors are likely the issue, and not rod knock as we anticipated. Couldn’t have had a better first experience at Jiffy Lube.
