“Two words: poke bar! I used to frequent this location often a couple-few years back as a dear friend works nearby and it was a handy spot to meat for a quick lunch. Bonus that they have a Subway-style poke bar where you follow the line of poke/toppings goodness in a build-your-own-bowl format. The poke was and is super fresh and delish. Definitely wish this was an option at more Safeways!In general, Safeways are one of my fave chain groceries, as they are almost always clean, well-stocked, and with gorgeous produce sections. The flip side is they are usually more highly priced than other stores, and this location was no exception.Still, for a quick stop for snacks (and poke) while zooming through Snoqualmie on my way up to the Cascades, this one is a winner.”
