They socked me with another shipment before I was halfway through with my first order. Not even enough time to decide if the vitamins were working or even if I wanted to continue.My first order October 7th. Didn't even receive shipment until 10 days later. Then they notify me the day of the next shipment was going out on November 1st.Now they're telling me "too bad so sad" I can't return it since it was a personalized order.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN THE UK ....First box, heavily discounted...arrived on time.Box two...chased, finally arrivedBox three...discount removed even though it was meant to be on for three months. Happy to take the money...box never shows up.Cancelled. Requested a refund. Was offered a new box and a huge discount for the next three months (you can get up to 60% off easily here).New box still never arrived...Refund requested again. Promised several times now that this will come. Still no refund.Basica summary. Happy to take your money, will discount massively, rarely will deliver on time, hardly deliver at all... impossible to get any form of refund.AVOID THESE GUYS.

Definitely do no recommend product or company. The customer service is horrible. They take 4-5 days to get back to you. I tried canceling my subscription and they did not get back to me. Of course they charged and sent me new order and would not take a return. second of all their product DO NOT WORK. So disappointed that they completely wasted my money.

The overpriced supplements caused severe constipation for me. A nutritionist gave some recommendations on how to help that and it didn’t help. Considering constipation is a serious thing for my sensitive gi tract, I asked for a refund. They didn’t refund the first set at all, and only refunded half of the automatic set that sent out in the middle of all this email communications. The individual capsules aren’t labeled so you really have no idea what you are taking. I would not recommend.

Having prepackaged vitamins tailored to my needs was something I was excited about. The first month went well, I figured it was worth a try since you get your first month half off. Full price is incredibly expensive. With that being said, I decided to continue into my second month, even with the hefty price tag. They shipped my order, billed me, then sent an email a day later explaining they were out of stock of one of the vitamins in my pack and my order was shipped without it. The email proceeded to apologize for the inconvenience and noted that 15%off will be provided on next months shipment.It’s upsetting to me that they didn’t bother to notify me prior to shipment that they were out of stock of my daily vitamin so that I could have had the opportunity to cancel the entire shipment! Instead they shipped it to ensure they would get the money for the rest of the order. How beneficial is it to skip an entire month worth of vitamins/supplements you’re ordering when it often takes 3 months of consistently taking them to see benefits? They are SO expensive, I canceled my subscription because I don’t feel like the money I was paying was worth worrying about how often they’ll be out of stock of vitamins/supplements then allow me to go an entire month without them, and then not even give me the option of canceling my order.

Customer service here should be call company service because it does not care about the customer at all. I give this business a chance once, twice and failed to meet the standards. It’s also not customer driven, not worth it. Get your custom pills else where. Somewhere they care for the user

Instead of adding supplements you take them out. How is possible you guys discontinued 5htp something this essential for many of us. My whole family and friends are extremely disappointed with this decision.

Extremely pleased and impressed since switching to Persona!Natalie was extremely helpful and friendly assisting me with making some changes involving my supplements for my upcoming order. What I discussed and wanted, she provided perfectly. Laura was also great either the same day or the day before with clarifying some specific details involving the amount and form of certain vitamins and nutrients in the foundational multivitamin. I was impressed by her knowledge and I know quite a bit about nutrition, vitamins, herbs, and other supplements. JoAnne was very helpful with my 1st order and Gina also provided amazing customer service on my. 2nd order.Now I’m going on my 3rd month and I’m still extremely pleased and I wanted to mention how great the recent nutritionists have been too. I’ve either spoke or had a chat with most if not all of them by now, and the customer service and experience has been great every time. I’m happy I made the choice to switch from choosing all my own supplements and selecting different brands depending on what it was I was buying and needed, to working with one quality company with quality supplements.It’s been great having one source for everything and I’ve been feeling amazing. I’m looking forward to my next order. Great experience!

Packaging is very poor. They need to be separated prior to being delivered. Always rolled to tight or not out into the box properly. Plus the consistency of the serrated easy to separated pouches are inconsistent. Sometimes they don’t event have them and if they do they just tear the package and don’t work well.Another thing I have noticed is the capsules appear to be lower quality then most other nutrient companies. Often times the garlic powder or mushroom powder is coming out of the capsules.3rd party approval is also crucial. Can’t see how they can charge as much as competitors without that approval.The only positive of persona is their variety of supplements you can purchase. Quite a bit more extensive then other companies like total human and care of.Having said that go with a third party approved program.

Horrible customer service. The currency conversion stated $61.02 as my sub total, with $88 being the final amount. I was then charged $150. And please note that there was a 50% off promo…… who the heck spends 300$ on vitamins a month. I could buy full bottles for that price. When I tried to cancel this 12 hrs after noticing the charge, they pretty much said “bye b***** and that it’s already been produced and packaged. NOT my fault that you guys failed to monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner. Your neglect should not be my problem to pay for. Never will I ever give this a try.They’re now ignoring my emails which is probably due to my attitude but babes, you asked for it. Customer service is customer service. Provide it or provide a solution.

If I could leave a zero star review I would, these pills are way way over priced, I felt no effect from them at all. I asked for a refund and cancelation of my shipments and they refuse to provide one, I will be filing a case with my bank. I will NEVER use persona again, I advice anyone who is thinking about it, PLEASE seek other options, it is far more cost effective to purchase your supplements from a legitimate source. if they were courteous enough to understand I am not happy and provide a refund for an order in which I will never use, I would of happily went on my way and not left this review.
