Great experience. Mike had the trailer out and ready before I got there and had it hooked up in seconds. When I returend the next day, they ran out to help with the return gave me a reciept and was on my way in two minutes.

Made a UHaul reservation for Snoq Ridge pickup 3 weeks ago, but got a call 23 hrs before pick up to tell me they in fact DO NOT the equipment and that I needed to pick up the uhaul in Auburn, 35 mins away. Person that called was very rude.

The staff at this location are amazing. They are open on Sunday's as well, which makes it very convenient. I rented a pick-up truck, which had <500 miles on it, and was almost brand new. Its close proximity to Snoqualmie ridge makes it very easy to get in and out. Highly recommended!

Finest storage facility in town and great team running it. store my piano there and they are ok with my using the space to practice and write as well. Love it at the Ridge UHaul!!

As far as U-huals go, this one is the best because it treats its customers as if they are the best.If they can save you some bucks on their fee schedules, they typically do. Very unlike other establishments that nickle and dime their way to get everything they can out of you.Always friendly and super accommodating. Keep up the good work guys.
