Stay clear of this store they tried to RIP me off today they wanted to charge me $500 dollars to ship a 4 pound 36 inch long 17 inch wide 5 in deep box to gooding id approximately 600 mi. Every body else $40 to $90.

I visited the store today to get a passport headshot and had a mixed experience. While the service and the workers were excellent, helpful, and quick, I was concerned about the working conditions for the staff. The temperature inside the store was uncomfortably hot, even hotter than the outside temperature of 85 degrees. I observed two adults working busily with multiple customers at once, visibly sweating and tired obviously from the heat. I believe it's essential for the store manager to address this issue, as it not only affects customer comfort but also the well-being and safety of the employees. I suggest installing a functional air conditioning system, as the current fan (I only saw one) appears to be insufficient in maintaining a comfortable environment. I hope this feedback will lead to improvements in the working conditions for the staff.

I always have a great experience at the UPS Store in Snoqualmie. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They make every visit quick and easy, whether I’m shipping a package or getting documents printed. I really appreciate their excellent customer service!

Just had the best experience at the Snoqualmie UPS Store!
I called ahead to check if a notary was available—someone answered on the first ring, which was already a great sign. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Cameron and Gus, who quickly and professionally notarized my documents. They were friendly, efficient, and it was genuinely a pleasure hearing them interact with other customers, too. Such a warm and welcoming experience—thank you both for making a mundane errand a real bright spot in my day!

I’ve had great and welcoming experiences at this UPS Store with all the staff. This store is fantastic! The new owner really does a great job accommodating the customer and makes the process efficient. The workers are friendly and helpful as well.
I am new to the area and each time ive come here ive been impressed by their friendly customer service. The staff of Gus, talmage, and Cameron have always been consistently friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. When I'm shipping a package or just need help figuring something out, they go above and beyond. Thanks for all you do staff!
