New to the area, seeking housing assistance. They gave me paperwork, told me that they were under funded for housing assistance. There are other resources within the area-best place to start DSHS- Case managers try and treat client's as professionally as possible. However, some of the upper management not so professional-hard to contact on the phone-message left and no one responds back- Great programs (hygiene packs), HEN program is helpful to those who are eligible. You are better off contacting Salvation Army directly
