Great little place, always friendly service, rooms are always clean with full fridges and kitchens. Every room is different, and location is great in South Bend.

This place is really nice. Our room was very spacious and very clean. We had a regular size kitchen with a 10 cup coffee pot, dishes and every thing we needed. Will definitely stay here next time we visit from Arizona and highly recommend it.
