“Hello Postmaster, I am taking the liberty to copy the review from "Kim" as it reflects in every way what I would have written about this Post Office in 2022: I just wanted to share that I have never, ever experienced amazing service at the post office as I have with the office of Cle Elum. Particularly with Niel. Niel has always been most helpful and resourceful with all my questions and needs. He is always polite and remembers most customers by their first name. He is extremely knowledgeable and advises everyone with a smile. I had run into several issues with my mailing and packages (during this pandemic), and Niel was always patient - and solved every one of my issues and answered all my questions. Not enough credit goes to the job these good folks are doing; especially with the global pandemic wreaking havoc on everything.
